The service offered was exceptional! The apartment with the bedroom and huge windows was ideal for our trip. The breakfast offered plenty of fab meals. All of the staff were attentive and efficient. Its location was perfect and exceptionally nice, close to main square, and in a peaceful area.

Everything is perfect, liked my time here. The units were modern with a comfortable bed. The decoration is interesting. Very friendly and attentive staff as one would expect. The location is unbeatable and they have parking nearby.

Had very central location close to centre. Further, it was next to Auschwitz and the salt mines as well as the main tourist attractions.

It had great location, the place was only a short distance to Krakow city centre. We could drink something at Bar Smok, located 1 km away.

The hotel of choice in Krakow. Great place to stay in Krakow. Bright units with the huge reclaimed industrial lamps and kettle, nice employees. Fab and stunning location, really close to a medieval Gothic gate tower. And just next door to Old Town and major areas, trains and buses to the Salt Mines and restaurants.

The staff were very attentive and always had a smile. The rooms were immaculately clean here with ironing facilities, kettle, for instance.

Where was elevator?.

The location was best possible, for example, Main Market Square was within a close distance from the hotel. The staff were attentive and accommodating and the design was interesting.

It's great value place to stay 1 km away from Main Square. There is plenty of FINE food for breakfast. I would return here, loved such great stay.

Quite comfortable experience there. Stunning and brilliant location close to everything, in the great area. For tea or coffee visit Starbucks Galeria Krakowska nearby.

There was no elevator.

It was great place for travelling to Krakow, I was glad to stay there. The staff were welcoming at all times, the rooms was airy. The stay was perfect 10/10, would recomand.

Coped with problem with drain.

Don't forget to visit nearby Cukiernia, they have best coffee ever. The room was good sized and the bed was extremely comfortable. Besides, the parking was nearby. We would recommend it with confidence.

The hotel was just 1 km from wawel royal castle. For dinner we visited sweet life concept, set only 500 m away. The location was perfect, about a 10-minute walk from the Krakow Central train station. We really enjoyed staying at Laiko.
