Best Western Plus Krakow Old Town

The location offered was perfect so close to bus station, the best western old town and beautiful churches, the Market and museums.

Loved my 3 nights stay. The staff were all amazingly efficient and attentive, which was unquestionably a plus. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was brilliant. The location was perfect and fantastic because it was close enough to main attractions.

The place is stylish and clean, everything is nice, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The breakfast is great, satisfactory and the staff is highly efficient.

Amazingly efficient and very attentive staff and the place was fairly clean. The breakfast was astonishing and absolutely fantastic, with a lot of food. The room was new-fashioned, well-designed and with comfortable bed. The location was central, so close to old town and attractions, main square, Jewish quater and castle and drop off at airport. Also, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a bucolic village.

It was a great stay in a very interesting town. The restaurant was great for dinner, we ordered amazing dishes. The staff were exceptional yet not intrusive. Central location was a plus.

Shame the bathroom was too small.

The hotel was in a great and brilliant position next to the centre of the old town where a lot of the main sites are as well as best restaurants, oldtown and the Tram. The breakfast offered a wide array of options and was great.

My stay was great in a wonderful town. A wide array of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone. It had marvellous and brilliant location with access to Polish Poster Art Gallery nearby. There was a great restaurant, a main market and a market next door.

The property is comfortable and the staff is exceptional! Its reasonably spacious and compact with fine bathrooms. They serve a lot of meals, the food I tried was excellant.

The location is magnificent and perfect, within a close distance from a fortified hilltop castle. The area is tourist not far from all the tourist attractions, and central square.

All in all everything was good, had a really great stay in a wonderful town. The setting was unbeatable, next to the centre of the old town where a lot of the main sites are, good restaurants and main attractions and old town square cloth hall and wawell castle. Also, we visited Main Square, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure.

It had central location close to a night club. The breakfast looked incredible, unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't try it.

We didn't want to leave and would come here again. The hotel was stylish and placed in a funky-style building. The venue's position was central. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with Polish dishes👌👍

The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had delicious dishes. Parking was on-site and I paid extra gbp 13 per day to park the car. The location was incredible, for example, Main Market Square was within walking distance of the hotel.

Its attractive and competitive value for money. We enjoyed it, especially its location and staff. We booked premium twin room, it had everything you could ask for: an individual safe, flat-screen television and an ironing set. The airport is 16 miles away.

The bed was very firm here.
