The hotel itself was modern and impeccably clean. The location was perfect for walking around Thomas Cubitt Statue. The service was absolutely very good.

The hotel had a central position so close to the center of Krakow as well as the pedestrian zone. I had the double room with all needed, the breakfasts were fresh made.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the single room, as well as an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea/coffee making equipment etc. Besides, the location was perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center.

The restaurant here was REASONABLY PRICED for both dinner and breakfast, we both ordered excellent dishes. The bed was very comfy and it was great having climate control, super fast internet, and a phone. The hotel had a great and beautiful location in the heart of Krakow.

I was here for 3 days and would definitely go back. Everything was immaculate, the takeaway breakfast was totally worth it. My room was beautifully decorated and luxurious and the bed was very clean. Recently added a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and TV were much appreciated during my trip. Location: the hotel was near to Fiorentina restaurant, the castle, and the old town. Old Town district was worth exploring.

We had a perfect stay at this hip new hotel. The location was unbeatable, not too far from Main Market Square. The single room was luxury with good amenities.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Krakow. Staff and location were excellent, I loved that it overlooked city. You could leave a car nearby.
