The setting is perfect and convenient, short walk to the City Centre of Krakow, the main square and the Wawel Castle and the tourist attractions. The staff is responsive, that's an advantage,.

The staff were efficient and the breakfast was comprehensive with catering for the international tourists, yogurt plus the special polish pickeled herring. This was an incredible location right by the main areas of interest and the bar / restaurant. Café Dimitris was located 5 minutes walk away.

The rooms were brand-new, high quality and with piping hot shower. The location was magnificent in the Galleria shopping mall.

Had a good stay on business trip, everything was fantastic. The hotel was in a central setting to local transport too. Moreover, it was short walk to the main square and the Wawel Castle. Had good sleep at the double room with balcony. There were coffee/tea making equipment and fridges upon arrival.

The location of the hotel was perfect and particularly good, to everything you want to see. Moreover, it was right by all major sights in Old Town and even to the Jewish quarter, centre and the Wavel castle, pubs, and city center.

Thank you for the superb stay on a business trip. It has a great and brilliant location just next door to the tourist spots, all attractions of the Old Town and Cracóvia. One of tourist spots - Edinburgh Castle - is around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The location was perfect and particularly good: the Christmas market and a main market were within walking distance. It took only 15 minutes to walk to Teatr Slowackiego 03 bus stop.

Everything was amazing, including excellent staff. The offered breakfast was comprehensive and delicious with local food as well as catering for the international tourists. It was a stylish and relaxing hotel, nothing to complain about, can't recommend highly enough.

The room was brand-new and reasonably priced, had an iron and coffee. The breakfasts were generous with international cuisine and less the same dishes, as example. This hotel was set in a central area just next door to the Old Town which is an easy walk to, the central train station and many surrounding attractions.

The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and available with very comfortable beds and coffee plus safe. The hotel was in the very central setting in the restaurant which was very good.

Everything is superb here, had a pleasant stay during a recent business trip. The rooms offered are great quality and brand-new with 2 rollaway beds. The location is ideal, not too far away from Main Square.

It had marvellous location not far from the main square, shopping mall, train station and numerous bars and restaurants and the hill at the south end of the old town. The staff were lovely and knew how to help. The rooms of our place were impressive and immaculate on higher floors, everything was great.

My room included climate control and coffee. Even though some of the staff were noisy, I had a really comfortable stay.

The location was perfect and nice, for example, a Brick Gothic church was at a medium distance from the hotel. Relaxing restaurant provided Polish dishes.

Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to say goodbye, I would return here. I had a comfortable experience here, everything was perfect, the location was fantastic near the Old Town, Jewish Quarter, the Christmas market, and the restaurant which had a lot of good choices. The breakfast was scrumptious for what was on offer, with less the same dishes and smoked fish, for instance.

The accommodation was clean, the room was immaculate. The employees were perfect and kind. Plenty of incredible food, I really enjoyed it. The staff was courteous and I had a late checkout.

The staff are accommodating and deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms are welcoming and light, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. It has lots of meals to offer, the food is brilliant.

It was an EXCELLENT stay for one night. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Bajglando that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
