Matejko Hotel

We had a guest room with very clean bed and a balcony, a storage space, and a safe. The services were very good, offered us fast wifi. The location of the hotel was perfect and nice, to the walking street. Moreover, it's right by the train station and the Main Market Square, Cloth Hall and across the Old Town.

We had the small double room and it was silent with a great view.

Excellent breakfast with cooked sausages and cheese, as for instance and good service.

A balcony, a storage space, and a safe available in the guest room.

The bedroom was airy and stylish.

The room was both exceptionally clean and silent. The venue's position was very central.

Gorgeous affordable place with marvellous and particularly good location next to Krakow's largest mall, the Galleria, old town and station and the main train station and the shopping mall. Lovely breakfasts with a great fresh coffee machine.

The place deserved 4 stars. Queen room I stayed at was exceptionally clean with bath. The cost was gbp 197. I greatly enjoyed this hotel, nothing too much trouble.

The position was great, restaurants and pubs are right next to the hotel. It was located in a safe area.

The location turned out to be marvellous and particularly good, close to bus stations, the train/bus station, Old Square and shops, restaurants and rail, bus, main tourist attractions, shopping. All the employees were polite and exceptional. The breakfasts were gorgeous and fantastic with good fresh coffee and a great fresh coffee machine.

The breakfast was nice with multiple options, reasonably priced. This excellent hotel had a very central setting very close to the center. Further, it was not far from a railway station, the town square, the Galleria shopping centre, train and bus stations and the main bars.

The room was good and bright with a particularly good bathroom. Its service was nice.

The total stay was very good by The old Town. Thanks to the fabulously helpful staff everything was fine, including a lot of tasty food. I really enjoyed the courtyard view from the king room. The bed was very clean with hypoallergenic pillows. The location was ideal and nice, within a close distance from Main Square.

Whole place was clean with fabulous views; marvellous and particularly good location very close to the old city center. Truly enjoyed the twin room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The staff was very-very nice, we had an early check-in.

The breakfast was excellent, they make a lot of meals. The rooms were silent and exceptionally clean, had a hairdryer, shower caps, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Would stay there again and enjoy a SUCH WONDERFUL stay. Fantastic affordable place, it has marvellous and particularly good location short walk to the galleria which also houses the bus station, the xmas market was on and so reasonable highly recommended. The hotel provides excellent breakfast with yogurts, a great fresh coffee machine and scrambled eggs.

The restaurant was great for evening meals here, I had hot dishes. The staff were exceptional and pleasant and assisted me greatly. Very central location of this old-fashioned hotel was a bonus.

Everything is fine, I really enjoyed it. There is variety of fine food for breakfast. Make sure you stay in the queen room with the view of the courtyard. Decent and amicable staff as one would expect.

The location was marvellous and best possible, for example, Planty Park was at a short distance from the hotel. Besides, it was next to old town, the galleria which also houses the bus and train station and the center of the city. We could park nearby.

The location was marvellous and stunning, relatively close to Main Market Square. We got room with European decor and a huge bathroom to relax. The check in was early, the staff was welcoming and accommodating.

Stayed for 4 nights, the staff was attentive during all this time. The room was very separate, comfortable bed. Having a hairdryer, shower caps and bath sheets was a bonus.

It had marvellous location with access to Kazimierz nearby. Besides, we were close to the main square, and Old Town and Galeria Krakowska.

This place is in the best possible and awesome location to market area. And it's adjacent to shopping mall, rail station, shopping mall, transportation and most importantly city center, old town.

This is a hotel go-to for Krakow! It's an amazing place. Make sure to get twin room with a balcony, AC, a beautiful view. The location is incredible, 3 km from a municipal museum...
