Fairly clean, hip new hotel with incredibly welcoming and outstandingly accommodating staff. Huge and spotless rooms with a double bed and shower, wonderful stay!

The breakfast with yoghurts, cheese, pastries was tasty, you'll find what you need.

The location is excellant, in the Centre. Very helpful stuff, the breakfasts are delicious with American waffles.

Fabulous place, it was clean and had exceptionally nice and accommodating staff on the reception desk. We booked queen room and liked it.

We would recomand it. Enjoyed every detail about our good 4 nights stay here. The breakfast offered croissants, buns, and scrambled eggs, was savoury and delicious and with American waffles. The staff members were all competent and extremely friendly. The location was amazing there, next to Galleria Plaza Shopping mall.

It was fairly clean and fantastic place, neat and huge rooms. Every staff member was consistently courteous and pleasant. The restaurant here was very clean for breakfast, we both ordered hot dishes. Pleased it had a walk-in shower.

It was brand-new, reasonably priced and with free wifi.

We had a new-fashioned and fashionable room. Marvellous location and competent and extremely friendly staff were a definite plus. Again, it was 10 mins drive from Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center.

It was reasonably clean with very amiable staff on the reception desk. The hotel was in the central setting close to a large shopping complex.

The location next to a Galleria which makes it easy to shop for literally anything was marvellous and decent for us.

The breakfast offers plenty of croissants, buns, and scrambled eggs. Everyone who works in the hotel is extremely friendly and best. It has a decent and amazing location to the restaurant in the double tree. There is Wypieki Oli nearby for a cup of coffee.

Decent and amazing location in Krakow, near the restaurant in the double tree, the major tourist / historical attractions and a big mall and grocery store. Comfortable beds, coffee/tea makers, a hair dryer, and an iron in the room.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Krakow, had much fun and met professional and responsive staff on the reception desk. It had a really nice restaurant for breakfast. I greatly enjoyed to be in this place.

The staff were competent and the facilities provided were clean. The restaurant was very clean for breakfast, I tried hot dishes. I enjoyed the breakfast with a huge variety of croissants, baked buns, and scrambled eggs.

The stay in this pleasant and gorgeous hotel was wonderful and we would definitely book here again. Everything was perfect from the good service to the great food. The location was marvellous for traveling around Krakow, near to the beautiful Old Town, tram or taxi, and the airport Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport. It also was very close to the centre. The breakfast was very tasty and lovely and included.

The hotel was amazing, had soundproof rooms. Exceptional service, though a few employees were busy. The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Krakow Arena. The restaurant had hot food.

Views were quite bad.

This hotel was super base for exploring Krakow, loved it and venue's excellent staff on the reception desk. The location was amazing with a tram station walk from the accommodation.

The hotel had a remote location and it was minutes away from Cinema City. The staff were competent and pleasant, doing great job.

The food was FABULOUS with lots of alternatives. It had stunning location right next to Krakow Plaza.
