I didn't want to say goodbye, so 100% recommend this hotel. It was a superb stay for service in the restaurant in the evening. The staff were good and perfect with any request.

Brilliant small place with marvellous location close to the tram line and restaurants and bars. Gorgeous breakfasts with meats and cheeses and good strong filter coffee, really kind and kind staff.

Had a such great stay for our first visit to Krakov, everything was beautiful. The room was huge and big size with breakfast included, had essentials required.

The location was magnificent, near Robert Dundas. The single room was new-fashioned and air conditioned on the upper floors.

Possibly the best and wonderful stay for our first visit to Krakov. Gorgeous breakfast options. Fantastic location, especially for us. Very nice restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. 0.5 km from the airport.

The location was great for me as it was just next door to the main attractions, the historic centre, and the main square in city centre. Also, I was relatively near Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square.

The location in a crowded area was excellent and there were shopping centres and a main market nearby. Also, it was positioned a 10-15 minute walking distance from tourist spot like Main Market Square.

Enchanting and little hotel located in a lovely area next to a safe area and the old town in less than 10 minutes. Satisfactory breakfast for everyone's taste for all tastes.

The hotel was appealing and fairly clean, it had great wi-fi, its location was unbeatable in the newer part.

We booked a double room, it was new-fashioned and neat. Extremely polite and affable staff, answered all questions.

The breakfast was lovely and there was a great selection of well presented food. It was in the central location very close to the metro. It was also just next door to Kraków's Old Town, and the main square and all that has to offer.

Great and perfect location, quite close to Palace of Art.

Had great stay on this visit. Incredible and amazing location on bakeries around the neighborhood, met expectations. Explored a soaring tower, that is located just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Queen room with a king size bed, bottled water, for instance accommodated us perfectly. The staff were UNOBTRUSIVE, pleasant. The location was marvellous and perfect for walking around Main Square.

Its location was fantastic, adjacent to the old town Square, the restaurant on new years eve and the centre of krakow. Booked a room with a very decent size bathroom.

Central location, within a close distance from The Cloth Hall. Crowded area just off the main square and other attractions are walkable, the Old Town centre, and oldtown. The breakfast was lovely, very good for everyone's taste.

Everything was beautiful, I loved my stay. The room I had was huge and big size with a very decent size bathroom and the staff was very good.

Came here for trip, had great 3 days overall. The staff were attentive and affable day and night. We had a king room with three beds. The location was magnificent, you can visit Foto-Medium-Art Gallery by walking.

The restaurant was very nice with excellant food and service at a great price here, I had fresh dishes.

Thanks very much for a really great stay on this visit. The location is great and absolutely perfect, 15 km from the airport. Don't forget to visit nearby Rest-Cafe, they have best coffee ever. Nothing to complain about, I would recomand this hotel to all.

Accommodation was reasonably spacious and ideal, beds were extremely comfy. Our stay there was very good!

My hotel room was good sized and huge with three beds. I had delicious food for breakfast with vegetarians well catered for. The location was incredible near to most famous place in oldtown, a short walk from Foto-Medium-Art Gallery.

All in all - had a great 1 night stay. The rooms were stunning and new-fashioned with great bar and a king size bed plus 2 bathrooms, just what was needed. An electric kettle and a refrigerator worked well. All the staff was polite, resolved my issues.

Some people working there were quite rude.

It had central location close to Palace of Art. Plus, it was close to the restaurant for dinner as well as different areas. A wide range of food for breakfast, which was well presented to satisfy everyone.

Magnificent setting, short walk to all attractions, church's museums and the market square, plenty of bars and restaurants around the area, Old Town and activities, and old city center.

Extremely comfy beds, excellent air-conditioning and coffee facilities in the room. Excellent and unbeatable location to the old town center, and 15 minute walk from The Cloth Hall.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - at a short distance from Main Square. Stayed in a queen room room, it was new-fashioned with shower, a sofa, for example.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met needs, recommend it. My 3 nights in Krakow were real good. The hotel had a central location and it was near Foto-Medium-Art Gallery.

Quite rude staff!

The staff was accommodating, polite, and everything was perfect. Tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge were available too.

it is a pleasant and fabulous property located in old town district so close to kraków. the hotel is in the central location close to old city centre.

The location is stunning and brilliant, within easy walking distance of a Brick Gothic church. And it's a 10-15 minute walk from downtown.

Really noisy room.

The hotel is adjacent to a train station. The breakfast had a good choice of food and it was large.
