Incredible and amazing location, it was close to a bus station. Also, we could easily get to Saint Mary's Cathedral. The restaurant here was really nice with very tasty food, we both ordered amazing dishes.

The twin room I got was brand-new. I had a hot breakfast at very reasonable prices, the food was brilliant. I enjoyed the location in a magnificent and unbeatable setting on terminal. The employees of the hotel were knowledgeable and respectful, they helped me with luggage.

I booked huge apartment here with the bathroom and great view in a great location near the old town. The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast I had was nice hot and savoury at very reasonable prices.

Overall it was comfortable quiet and nicely decorated with a shared bathroom. The breakfast was well priced and hot, the personnel was qualified.

Pleasant hotel, my favourite in Krakow. Marvellous and brilliant location and modern facilities. Great christmas in this really comfortable area. Good customer care, parking in the area. The early check-in process too.

Overall the place is impeccably clean and stylish, it met the purpose. The employees are respectful, helped us with luggage. We would like to stay longer for a new year.

Enjoyed the place, had a very comfortable stay in February. The hotel had a marvellous and brilliant location close to the the Ghetto. Besides, it was right by the old Krakow as well as train station and coach station.

We have spent 3 days in twin room with coffee, large bathroom and the bed in the middle of the large.

It was an airy double room with twin beds. The location was marvellous and brilliant - ease of access to a Brick Gothic church.

We liked being in this property. This traditional hotel had excellent views. We ate at an excellent restaurant for breakfast. The venue had a very central location and it was a few steps away from Galeria Krakowska. Moreover, the area was very convenient.

Quirky hotel, staff were extremely friendly and rooms were air conditioned. Got a large breakfast included. The location of the property was very central, close enough to shops and restaurants, a good restaurant, charming staff and a great location and tram stations next to the mall and from the old city. Liked this classy hotel: delicious food and polite staff. The location was marvellous and stunning, not too far away from Main Square. Moreover, it's really close to train station, all the attractions, the old market place and the Barbican and Krakow.

The airport is 20 km away, easy to get to. The breakfast is savoury at very reasonable prices and the location is BRILLIANT.
