The units were great value and large with modern bathroom. The location is absolutely perfect, to the castle area.

The breakfast was satisfactory - a huge variety of dishes. Great value for money and well-equipped units with modern bathroom and good breakfast, and the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect, for example, Museum of Liverpool was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

I had the twin/double room which was extremely spacious and elegant with modern bathroom. The staff were incredible and courteous, had a great attitude.

Overall it was great value for money and brand-new with modern bathroom. Everything here was modern. The location of the property was perfect and comfortable, right in the heart of old town.

It was a superb base for our absolutely amazing stay. The staff was amicable and excellent, they were always available. The property's location was perfect and convenient, to the nearest restaurant within one minute.

The room was newly renovated with the kitchen, modern bathroom plus good breakfast. Coffee/tea making equipment, refrigerators, and glassware were very handy. The atmosphere was quiet and the staff were kind.

The breakfast was good, featured a lot of meals. The location was perfect, within a close distance from Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square. The staff was very amiable and really friendly and we would like to go back there again.

Stayed in this property for 2 nights and liked our choice. We had an amazing stay thanks to hotel's superfriendly staff. Lots of meals for breakfast, it was satisfactory. The location was unbeatable, close to a Brick Gothic church. There was a great restaurant, the Christmas market and a main market next door. Distance to the airport was just 30 km.

What a very comfortable stay, no complaints. Marvellous and super location, not too far away from Main Square. Walking distance to a market and a grocery shop across the street. Nice, courteous staff towards all guests.

The airport is 30 km away, easy to reach. Reasonably large rooms come with good breakfast as well as 1 single bed...
