Stylish hotel, the idea of having economy king room was great. The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was tasty. The service was welcoming throughout our stay. We didn't want to leave, would definitely recommend.

The location was very central and walking distance to a museum and a church. I also visited Saint Saviour Pimlico, nice place.

The hotel had a central location to Market square. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake.

The location was unbeatable and magnificent, close to the old Jewish ghetto, Schindler's factory museum, other attractions, and local restaurants, center, and the downtown. Overall it was great value and well furnished, with a private bathroom. The service was good in my opinion.

The standard queen room was nicely equipped, had great views. The staff was very pleasant and exceptional and catered to my every need. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was great. Could use their free parking.

My breakfast was tasty and exceptionally nice with good coffee and food labelled up for gluten free, as example. The location was marvellous and amazing, close enough to jewish district and old Cracow city center, the town centre and many essential shops and food options nearby and easily accessible.

The standard king room that we stayed in was stylish and nicely equipped. The public parking was nearby, great service. All the facilities were great.

This was a pleasant stay during a visit to Krakow. The staff were wonderfully helpful and very knowledgeable and the location was perfect out of the main districts. Also, we visited an earthen mound, located just a short walk away from the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure.

The location is perfect, and the staff is efficient. Moreover, it is really close to key areas of the city, centre and the busiest center.

Our room was great value and a nice size with a nice view, really enjoyed having access to wake-up service. The hotel was in an ideal location near to a tram stop and restaurants and bakeries. Moreover, it was 2 km from a fortified hilltop castle.

We didn't have time, but we would love to come back. The property was perfectly clean, the room was spotless and luxurious. The setting was quite marvellous and brilliant within easy reach of a compelling museum. Btw, the airport was 25 km away.

Loved my wonderful stay during a visit to Krakow. Booked double room with a nice view. The location of the hotel was quiet - relatively close to Izaak Synagogue. And I was walk from restaurants and bars.

There was a a bit hard bed.

Double room with very comfortable beds was the best. It had central location close to a modern museum. There was a nice restaurant, shops and boutiques next door.

It was worth its 4 stars. Stopped by nad & greg to get some coffee and treats, it's easy walk to the venue, recommend. Moreover, there is a parking nearby.
