The breakfast was delicious, perfect with hot food on demand. Our hotel was in a perfect and fantastic location close to historical city center.

Exceptionally clean place in high-tech style with all necessary facilities. The pizza restaurant on the premises.

It offers stunning, incredible location. Old Town is a district that deserves exploring.

My stay was very very good for the great service and stay. The breakfast was perfect with hot food on demand, and the staff was knowledgeable! The venue was in a central location so close to a short walk, the rail line and major works being completed to the bridge-on request, and Jewish old part of the city. Also, a historic water pump was 4 km away. No complains at all, I truly enjoyed this hotel and would like to go back there again.

Breakfast was perfect, delightful views, fantastic location short walk to which is beautiful as well as airport, train station or center of the town. Useful and hospitable staff at reception desk, and facilities were immaculate here. This hotel met the purpose in every way, 100% recommend.

The unit we got was well decorated and brand-new with robe, an extremely comfortable bed, opening windows. The location was unbeatable for Krakow, so close to in the middle of Old Town, and both the main square and the Jewish quarter right in the middle of both.

Freezing room, I was a little disappointed.

The room was stocked, with a beautiful view to the old town. The amenities included central heating, an iron and ironing board, and coffee/tea making machines.

Everything met requirements, I definitely coming here again. Had 2 nights in Krakow, spending my time here lovely. Liked that it was 20 minutes' walk from the train station. The staff was useful, competent, and everything was very comfortable.

I did not want to leave there and would love to go back. I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was very comfortable. The location was perfect, a super close walk to Planty Park. Was set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were hospitable. The hotel had a pretty good restaurant for dinner.

Stylish hotel, I enjoyed its central location short walk to all main attractions, the bridge-on request and Krakow. The staff were efficient and hospitable and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with city views, everything was perfect. The location was awesome, for example, a Roman Catholic basilica was not too far from the hotel. The staff was decent, exceptional all the time.
