It was absolutely gorgeous, exceptionally nice and with free wifi.

Our stay here was really really nice, lovely base for exploring Krakow. The breakfast was delicious with home made cake to finish off and fish and powdery coffee, worth the price. The personnel were excellent and knowledgeable and gave us loads of advice. Magnificent very central location near to the must-see vivid and historic Krakow's as well as trams and public transport. Old Town district was worth exploring.

We got beautifully designed guest room with free wifi as an upgrade, nice gesture. We enjoyed wake-up service available. The location was good and lovely, walk from a tram station, if you need it.

Some people working there were busy.

The hotel was fairly clean based in an elegant style building with extremely friendly staff. Incredible and particularly good location, it was minute walk from a tram line. You could walk to the main shopping centre and a market.

It was 21 minutes' drive from the airport.

It has unique and super setting to the main square in Krakow.

I have stayed in the guest room with separate bedroom. The staff are excellent and efficient, they keep the place fairly clean.

The breakfasts with hard bread. The excellent staff and their attitude. Location not far from the centre of Kasimierz quarter, the restaurant below which has music dinners that ends at around 9.00, and train station.

Lots of food at breakfast like breads, fruit, scrambled eggs, and cheese. Fantastic and incredible location in Krakow, right by the market square of the Jewish Quarter, and cosy cafe. Also, to the restaurant for the concert.

Had a very nice stay even for travellers. The food was great - variety of options. The location was stunning for walking around a fortified hilltop castle. We also went to city centre, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The setting was quite fab within easy reach of a restored synagogue. The staff were welcoming and pleasant and the design was interesting.

Lots of brilliant food for meals. In the centre of Krakow and walk from restaurants and bars. Easy to get around Krakow with a tram station located walk from the hotel.

The place was fairly clean and staff was efficient and accommodating. The bed was comfy, and the room itself was separate. The breakfast was delicious, enjoyable with local specials. Tbh, had a very nice stay even for travellers.

The location was incredible, within walking distance of a fortified hilltop castle. Also, the area was pretty quiet. The room was stylish and huge with sofa and separate bedroom, had everything we wanted. Having a shower, a hair dryer and soft bathrobes was a bonus.

The staff are helpful, the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good. Bed was perfect, we enjoyed it...

Had good sleep at the private king room. 15 mins walk to the centre. Outstanding food for breakfast at the restaurant
