Amazing breakfast with fab food. An electronic key card, a work desk, and television in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

It was in a perfect location next to restaurants and bars. Also, it was next door to a public park and other touristic places. My room included a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card.

Their staff were particularly busy.

Magnificent and good setting, near the main train station & tram station, a big shopping center and a big shopping center. Modern building and rooms by tablet.

Fairly clean and fantastic place, superbly friendly staff. Fabulous food served, super and amazing breakfast. Marvellous and amazing location for visiting bars and restaurants. Close to the train station, easy access.

The location is marvellous and unbeatable and they have parking on-site. And it's at a medium distance from downtown.

No complaints whatsoever, this was a fairly nice stay for business trip. The room I stayed in was modern with street views. The location was great and incredible, with the train station close to the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing and varied, had a wide range of food. I got complimentary classic twin room with nice view as an upgrade, nice gesture. The train station was next to the place.

The classic queen room was quiet and absolutely fantastic with a tablet, good lighting, TV controlled by a tablet. Our accommodation was set in a central location so close to centre, the old town, train staition, in the heart of Krakow and the shopping mall. Also, we were not too far from The Cloth Hall.

Have stayed here many times and would stay there again. The place was stylish. The restaurant was GOOD with great food and drinks, I tried delicious dishes. Lucky me, got wake up calls free of charge too.

Everything we needed, like cloth hall was placed a few steps away from the hotel. We would have stayed for longer! 300 feet away there is Gusto Dominium, where you can dine. We loved puro krakow stare miasto.
