Comforts of modern room with sofa were fabulous. Coffee & tea makers, refrigerators, and an oven were provided.

The hotel was luxurious and spotless with welcoming staff with great staff members.

Our room was huge and tidy, provided with fireplace, full-sized Appliances, view of the castle. The location was excellent, next door to a castle and a monastery.

Comfy bed in the apartment, plus a balcony, a lounge, and coffee. Spacious bedrooms and a nice size bathroom. Great and unbeatable location and a wide range of cafés and restaurants nearby.

It has wonderful and lovely location to many food markets which worked well for us traveling with food allergies. Smaki Gruzji, where you can eat lunch, is just a short stroll away from the hotel, greatly enjoyed this place.

Everything is first-class here, had a perfect stay during three day visit. The location is unbeatable, 1 km from Main Square. Also, it is close to castle, old town and Jewish quarter as well as Old Town & Kazimierz.

The hotel is beautiful with competent staff, breakfast is delicious, lovely location very close to Wawel castle. The rooms are decent sized with great bathrooms and have a cosy interior. The main bar offers soft drinks. The service is good, includes handy parking. I recommend this property to others.

When we arrived, our wheelchair accessible room with dishwasher, a nice balcony overlooking the castle, as example was ready. The staff was pleasant, incredible, and everything was great.
