Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was delicious. The staff was pleasant, the bathroom was spacious. The bedroom was airy and trendy. The view of the garden from the window was magnificent, greatly enjoyed it. The location in a quiet residential area was great and easy for us. It was also close enough to the Main Square where a variety of restaurants and shops were located, the other areas and beautiful restaurant there.

It's nestled in a very cozy building with unbeatable and excellent location in a quiet area.

My classic queen room was immaculately clean with balloons. Its location was fantastic, short walk to the main square and wawel castle as well as Krakow for a couple of days.

Healthy and above average breakfast with amazing fresh bread, free soft drinks. Large and brand-new room with balcony, fairly priced.

My room was brand-new, there were a living room and coffee/tea makers. The location of the hotel was magnificent, to beautiful restaurant there. It was also next to breakfast, the christmas markets and transport.

It has easy location for visiting a public park.

The offered breakfast was fresh made with amazing fresh bread. We have spent 4 days in classic double room with free bottled water and tea plus soft drinks, everything was really perfect.

The breakfast was healthy and fresh with hams and super scrambled eggs, and the restaurant's offer was great. It had perfect and nice location short walk to the shopping centre, the old center of the town and shops were located.

Twin room with great shower, had essentials required. This location was easy, near to the christmas markets were held, the central Market Square and local buses to the salt mines. Moreover, it was just a short stroll away from Gestapo Headquarters.

It was overall clean, the staff was friendly efficient, plus the service was very good. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and complete with sausages.

Its location was ideal and the staff were very service-minded people who took the trouble to chat with us every morning he was on shift.

It was a really lovely stay for short business trip. The food was outstanding and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu. Its location was lovely and fantastic, so close to an old town and Poland.

The classic king room was airy and had all that we needed. The location was great there, in a quiet residential area. Moreover, it was just next door to so many shops, restaurants, clubs and cultural sites, old centre and the main square and wawel castle.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Krakow. Generally, the place was appealing and had welcoming staff who took the trouble to chat with me every morning he was on shift.

The location is peaceful and absolutely perfect, near the garden, old town center and the restaurant, we loved it. The staff are service-oriented, managed the parking onsite.

Wonderful accommodation with incredible setting near Krakow, the Airport and a taxi back up from the old town.

It has a marvellous and easy location near to restaurant, and Krakow main square and shopping. Also, it's 1 km away from Zoo.

Liked a delicious breakfast for meat eaters. Spotless units with a very good hair dryer and beautiful garden plus fridge, and the staff were attentive! The location was magnificent, just next door to centre and Krakow.

We only slept at the classic queen room with a glass of fizz on entry, but appreciated it:)))

food was delightful and i stayed in the suite, it was immaculate. the location was marvellous, just a short walk away from main square. a shopping centre and a market were right next door.

Everything was simply perfectly fine. Appreciated how beautifully designed and stylish the property was. This hotel was set in a central area next to old town center and the square an old town and the town centre with helpful staff. The best part of our pleasant stay was the healthy breakfast with sausages and seasonal food, for example.

We had delicious, gorgeous breakfast with cappuccino, sausages plus seasonal food. The classic king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned. The location of the hotel was peaceful and unbeatable - just a short walk away from Lord's Transfiguration Church.

Tourist destinations like old town were in front of the hotel. Morning meal food was FANTASTIC.
