Had queen room with large bathroom, tea, as example. Good and unbeatable location in bar area for however long as was necessary and easy access to shopping centres and an old market.

They offer modern, airy rooms with a balcony overlooking the streets outside, an excellent shower plus putting items away. The airport is 30 km away.

Clean accommodation, incredible staff who are always at your service. Very tasty breakfast with freshly cooked omelettes available for all tastes. Marvellous and fab location in the comfortable area, next to lovely bars, the main square and other attractions and the city center.

King room with a balcony was ready when we arrived. Hotel's location was marvellous and lovely, in quite a niosy area of town.

The restaurant was super with excellent quality food, I tried fresh dishes. A TV, a kettle, and a seating area were there too.

The room was airy and huge, included tea/coffee, a kettle, and a sitting area. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. The hotel's location was fantastic, next to supermarkets, the main tourist area and the important historical sights. Besides, just a few minutes from Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Air conditioned triple room and the bed was very clean. The location was perfect, in a historic happening area. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was extensive.

Again, walking distance to Kazmierz The Former Jewish District.

Everything was really good, the wifi was free. Our room was well-appointed. Its location was unbeatable and excellent to the square in the Old Town. Was an excellent base for trip.

I was offered an extensive breakfast with cereals and meats, for example. I had functional and beautifully maintained room with windows in a yard.

This was a really nice stay for 4 nights. Comforts of twin room with a balcony were fabulous. I was offered a very tasty breakfast with freshly cooked omelettes available.

This homely, spotlessly clean property has generous continental breakfasts and caring staff. Pleasant views, and the location is absolutely perfect and excellent just next door to many lovely restaurants and cafes close by and a stroll to the old town which is beautiful with lots of restaurants. It's worth staying here and exploring Old Town district.

The best thing about this small hotel is the staff- they helped us with parking. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located up to the square.

The breakfast was warm with cereals and pay extra for a full english and eggs cooked to order, the location was perfect and excellent.

Unfortunately my room was not cozy.

Truly enjoyed my really nice stay for 1 night. My food for English breakfast was fresh and all the staff were incredibly nice and incredible. The king room was cheap, it had coffee facilities and a balcony. This was a marvellous and fab location short walk to the Oskar Schindler factory and the castle and square and many great restaurants. Had nice dainties at Cytat Cafe, located a minute walk from the hotel.

We enjoyed staying here, it's gorgeous and pleasant hotel with exceptionally nice staff who give fantastic customer service. The location in a vibrant area was marvellous and lovely and there were a main market and a market nearby.

We were in a marvellous and best possible location within easy walking distance of a fortified hilltop castle. The breakfast offered lots of perfect meals. The staff was amicable the entire time.

It had central location close to The New Square.

Magnificent and best possible location next to the castle and square, and Auschwitz, and VERY GOOD service. Also, in an interesting area. The breakfast was plentiful, sensational with hot options too.

Place was clean and simple! The food was savoury with plenty of alternatives. The location was best possible and brilliant - ease of access to Vanilla.

We didn't like that there was elevator missing, were a little disappointed.

It was fairly clean place, staff were accommodating and incredible, and I appreciated my airy room. Also, I parked nearby. The location was marvellous, for example, Planty Park was not too far away from the hotel. Area around had plenty of choice for meals and drinks, restaurants and cafés.

It was an excellent stay, perfect and simple place. Central location was a plus. Took a walk around city centre, located not too far from the hotel.

My deluxe queen room and all facilities were good. I enjoyed the beds, they were exceptionally comfortable, and how incredible the staff was. The hotel had a central setting in the old Jewish district. Old Town district was worth visiting.
