Booked guest room with a very big spotlessly clean bathroom. The location was marvellous and lovely, right on a tram line, in the lovely area.

The breakfast is extensive with freshly cooked options, had tasty food.

The units are well-appointed and comfortably furnished with aircon. The location of the hotel is magnificent and absolutely perfect, close enough to the main square which is free of traffic, except for the beautiful horsedrawn carriages, the Centrum and all the attractions, bars and restaurants.

Incredible super central location, adjacent to the Centrum, restaurant options and the main square. Air-conditioned and comfortably furnished room plus huge bathroom. Local food for all meals.

The location was amazing very near to the center. When it was very hot outside we decided to visit Bierhalle Restaurant, nice place to chill.

Silent twin room was a highlight for us. All of the staff where incredible, absolutely kind. Great location - easy walk to everywhere we needed.

Excellent central location just off the centre of Krakow, the trams and airport-cheaper. Had facilities needed in my triple room, including a kettle, a coffee/tea maker, and a writing desk.

I had enjoyable days staying at this trendy boutique hotel. The property was impeccably clean, featured nice design, I liked it. The stuff was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and everything was very comfortable. Choose king room with a good selection for breakfast.

Extensive breakfast for vegan or vegetarian, thanks a lot. Incredible and good location very close to the city center, the hotel is right by a tram station.

Triple room with good facilities.

The quadruple room was brand-new and air conditioned. It had a bathtub in the huge bathroom.

Extremely helpful and attentive staff, answered all questions. The hotel was in an excellent and perfect location, on a tram line. Old Town district was worth visiting.

The breakfast was extensive and plentiful and complete with hot food made to order and sparkling wine, as example.

Overall - good small and pretty standard place with responsible staff with complimentary champagne and soft drinks for children. Plenty of outstanding food. Unbeatable and incredible location, right by a tram station. Many restaurants and bars in the area.

The breakfast was particularly good and gorgeous, the staff was consistently courteous, the grounds were fairly clean. The room was exceptionally clean and practical with a velux window view, liked it.

Well, the area was not very welcoming overall.

The hotel was in the central setting close to the center of Krakow. Ate at Restauracja Wesele, it's relatively close to the venue.

Central location short walk to even Krakow and the centre of the town, it was in a rural area. The staff was responsible and attentive can provide additional tips.

Extra large bed in the twin room, plus coffee/tea making equipment, armchairs, and a writing table. Fantastic, wonderful location just next door to the square with loads of restaurants and shops, those restaurants, and tram stops in front.

Had spotlessly clean and practical king room for a girls weekend and wake-up service was available in it. We had a particularly good breakfast. The location was marvellous, just a short walk away from a fortified hilltop castle. The area was lovely so close to the old square, two different restaurants and the inner garden.

Good, incredible location in Old Town district just next door to the main square and many restaurants and bars, the center of beautiful Krakow and Auschwitz, Schindler's factory.

This unusual hotel was in very central location in a restaurant very close to the property-Albertina.

The location is perfect and incredible as it's close enough to town square, and all the attractions, bars and restaurants. Don't forget to visit nearby Siesta Cafe, they have best coffee ever.

Magnificent and perfect location in a fairly quiet area near the main square with easy access down towards the river and castle, old Krakow and the driver was very polite.

Location: the hotel was very close to tram goes past frequently and the many bars in Cracow. There were delicious breakfasts with lovely bread, a light sparkling wine plus good options and the location was perfect and incredible.

Stunning location of the hotel in the old city center close to the square market. Lovely views overlooking street from the exquisite and airy room.

The location of the hotel was best possible and fab - not too far from Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center. Our rooms were perfect and atmospheric with good facilities, tea/ coffee, for example as expected. The staff was accommodating and took care of us.

Booked guest room, that was provided with Netflix and good facilities plus a comfortable bed. Everyone who worked there was amicable and competent. The location was stunning and fab, for example, a large monument was not too far from the hotel.

We booked quadruple room with a king sized bed and loved it. The location was best possible - ease of access to Polish Poster Art Gallery. The staff were all competent and accommodating, exceptional service.

All in all, it was brilliant place for travelling to Krakow...

Helpful staff, GREAT location and lovely rooms. In addition, the free parking was onsite. And furthermore, there was krakow's rynek glowny central square only 800 feet of the venue.

food was excellent. the staff was friendly, no complains at all.
