Had a really really nice stay during our visit. Booked a room with nice views over the town and beyond. The hotel was in the central setting right on main market square as listed.

Everything was excellent, breakfast was delicious and sensational. Lots of food for breakfast, it was brilliant. The location turned out to be marvellous and stunning, not far from all the great restaurants on the Main Square as well as the Kazimierz. Besides, the hotel was 5 km away from Colnbrook West.

Superior studio I stayed at was well-equipped and nice modern in spite of the double glass windows. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the market are, all the great restaurants and the center.

Fashionable room, exceptionally comfortable beds, modern style bathroom.

The staff was really friendly and gave me recommendations. The rooms were stylish and good sized with down pillows and pleasant views.

Spotless and airy rooms with feather pillows and particularly nice views. An electronic key card, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV were nice.

The superior queen room we stayed in was nice modern for internet to work. The location was amazing - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. Also, Pharmacy Museum was placed nearby. The restaurant was nice for breakfast and for every budget.

Possibly the best and pleasant stay with customer service. Reasonably large room, recently renovated with a view. A sofa bed, central heating, and an iron were convenient. Absolutely perfect setting in the excellent area, not far from bars and restaurants, the main market square and the attractions. Besides, very convenient to Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center.

The airport is 0.5 km away, easy to reach. The rooms are well-equipped and lovely modern and the staff are very friendly.

The location was brilliant and exceptional, next to all tourist activities, the Market Center itself and everything, including great restaurants, cheap restaurants, the markets, and main town. We had a comfortable bedroom.

Its location was great and stunning right in the heart of the city. We saw Galeria Luelue, that's at a medium distance from the venue.

Overall had really good stay with customer service. Our superior queen studio was newly decorated, large. The venue was in a central location close enough to shops, bars, restaurants and the market as well as the centre overlooking the main square. Besides, the property was 1 km away from a fortified hilltop castle. The food in the outdoor restaurant was outstanding, thoroughly enjoyed it.

The staff we met were incredibly rude.

This hotel had a central position right in the centre of the old town. The queen suite was silent, the bed was big. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive and we would love to come back here some time.

I was here for 2 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for breakfast. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators were a plus. The location was central, near the centre of Krakow, the big square in old town, and shops, bars, restaurants and the market. Also, a soaring tower was within easy reach.

The stay here was really really nice during our visit. Had reasonably large and recently renovated room with private bathroom and an electric kettle, a fridge, and a microwave oven. All the staff were helpful, outstandingly accommodating. The hotel was placed 30 km away from the airport.

The restaurant was nice for breakfast here, I had amazing dishes. The bed was lovely, and there were a dining area, a sitting area, and ironing facilities too.

The location was incredible and amazing for walking around a large monument. It was about 30 km from the airport. The stay in this comfortable hotel was really nice and I would come here again.

Planned to see Krakow major attractions and it was characterful base for visiting all of them.

The location was unbeatable and brilliant, for example, Vanilla was within walking distance of the hotel. What's more, it was just off the Town Square, shops, bars, restaurants and the market are and the restaurant.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

There's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like Gruzinskie Chaczapuri, set within 5 minutes walk or so. By the way, hotel charges for parking, that's for PLN 50 per day. The stay was memorable; nothing too much trouble...

we went to szara ges for dinner, it was only 200 feet away and we were satisfied. 4-star hotel in krakow. loved that the property was near to the train station, 20 minutes' walk.

The location was great, with Sioux nearby, where we could eat. It's in the middle of Krakow.
