The place was bright, with its very very helpful staff on the reception desk. The restaurant here was good for lunch or dinner, we both ordered savoury dishes. Having a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets was a bonus.

Enjoyed it - the place is enchanting and suited me fine. The location is good and unbeatable, relatively near Park Handlowy Zakopianka. The restaurant is excellent. When I am in Krakow, I like staying here.

The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a pretty quiet area, just off the restaurant, Krakow and the center of Krakow. The local staff was efficient. We had a delicious breakfast with fine foods, for all tastes. Loved our stay there, it was really really nice...

If your plans include visiting wieliczka salt mine, you should stay here. The hotel was situated really close to the Jugowicka bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance. Lagiewniki is a district that deserves exploring. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly: D
