This property was impeccably clean and descent. Functional and well-designed units with the coffee and High Ceiling, and extremely friendly staff. Incredible, stunning location in historical centrum.

Everything was good and met needs well. It was a wonderful place, had very pleasant and pleasant staff despite the best efforts of the porter. A bus station was close to our hotel.

Overall it was lovely, with a private bathroom.

The hotel was wonderful, I couldn't recommend more it to all. I stayed here 2 nights and loved it. Central location was a plus. Cafe Siesta Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The hotel was in a super and cool location, easy to locate on one of the main roads bordering the old town square. Moreover, it was so close to bus station as well as the center of Krakow. The room with a fine breakfast.

Lots of meals for breakfast, it was absolutely superb. The good-sized and functional room had all the necessary facilities, coffee and climate control.

Stayed for 2 days and did not want to leave, I would definitely stop here again. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and wonderful and in a central location. I loved that it was close to a bus stop.

The location was magnificent in a very quite area, close to tourist attractions, the castle, the main square and the Jewish District and Planty Park. Went to Bierhalle Restaurant for drink or two, set not very far from the hotel.

It was a descent hotel in Krakow. We had a great breakfast, enjoyed the meal. The venue had a central location by trolleys being pushed across the cobbled courtyard at breakfast.

The twin room had a personal safe, a kettle and central heating, facilities worked for us. The location was marvellous, for example, Krakow Philharmonic Concert Hall was within walking distance of the hotel.

I was there for 3 nights and would stay here again. The venue was clean and the staff were polite and brilliant. I thoroughly enjoyed pleasant restaurant. They had an easy check-in. The location was brilliant, a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Cloth Hall.

A work desk, coffee/tea makers and television were available in my triple room. The location was decent, for example, a fortified hilltop castle was at a medium distance from the hotel. Was in a pretty quiet area and next to restaurants and bars.

Suitable for shopping. Comforts of deluxe room were fabulous - a personal safe, a sofa bed and central heating. Everything created a family atmosphere. And it's about 5 minutes' walk from Saint Barbara's Church.

Spacious bed and quick and easy check-in. A private safe, air conditioner and a work desk in our queen room were realy useful during our stay. Walking distance to Corleone, where you can have lunch.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was good sized. Some of our favourite spots such as cloth hall were not far from the venue. A king size bed was a bonus❤
