Gorgeous authentic place with marvellous and perfect location near to an exhibition to Antarctica, all the bars and restaurants, and the tram line. Great bedroom. Good service is offered here.

Fairly clean place & attentive staff at the reception desk. Large bed, good-sized and silent rooms. Nice size bathroom and a bath with good sewerage. All in all magnificent and comfortable setting not far from the centre square, the very centre of the city and somewhere central to stay in Krakow. Besides, easy access to an innovative gallery.

Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away. The guest room was new-fashioned and the bed was comfy. Everything was very good, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and amazing with serve yourself coffee from a machine.

Pretty nice room with a sofa bed and clean towels etc plus balconies. Location: magnificent and unbeatable, right by Christmas markets and old town area as well as the citiy centre.

In overall, the place is pleasant, has pleasant staff at the reception desk. The breakfast is incredible, the room is immaculately clean with good size modern bathroom.

The hotel serves great continental breakfast. The room is absolutely spotless and with a mini bar, a hair dryer, and an iron.

Had such great stay on my next Krakow visit and the weather was lovely! Tidy and huge room, it had an electric kettle, an iron and ironing board.

The property was ideal with amazingly helpful staff at the reception desk, I loved the stay. The room was beautifully decorated & airy with iron/ironing board, coffee and WiFi provided. The location in a nice quiet area was absolutely perfect and nice and there were a shopping centre and a main market nearby.

The room was neat and silent, not to mention views over street from the window. The breakfasts were exceptional, always with plenty of meals. The staff members were extremely polite and amiable.

The location is particularly good and fantastic, quite near the main square. Plus, this hotel is just next door to all major touristic attractions and the centre of Krakow. The room is well decorated and equipped with an electric kettle, a safe, and an iron and ironing board.

Well-maintained and great value place, very efficient staff at the reception desk. Absolutely perfect location for our visit to The Cloth Hall at a walking distance from the hotel. Enjoyed nice quiet area. At 15 km distance from the airport.

Everything was excellent, I 100% recommend. I loved this exceptionally comfortable and fabulous place, stayed there for 2 nights. Its location was incredible, just off the central square and huge shopping centre. I was happy to find Waffle Ball, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel and served nice food.

Everything was very good here - affable staff and airy rooms. Units with front balcony. Good location, not very far from Main Market Square. And just off Christmas markets and old town area, the bars and the main square attractions. Easy check-in, parking nearby. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Cosy base for exploring Krakow.

The location is particularly good and magnificent, 1 km from Main Square. The rooms are tidy and generally offer an electric kettle, an iron and ironing board. I have not had such a very comfy bed at any other accommodation.

Appreciated the location very close to the citiy centre. What's more, it was not far from railway and bus and the old castle and Jewish quarter.

Had 2 nights in Krakow, spending my time here lovely. It was fine and I had a multi-channel television, a seating area and ironing facilities. Central location was a plus. Café Bistro Charlotte located 1 km away was a nice surprise...

It had central location close to a historic museum. The continental breakfast had lots of choices.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of Main Square. The staff was knowledgeable, amicable, provided a family atmosphere. Liked our spotless room for toddler.

Very comfy beds in our superior queen room. Lots of supplies in the room: a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and television. Marvellous location, 1 km from city centre.

The place was pleasant, it worked for me. They provide a continental breakfast with variety of options. The hotel took care of the helpful service. I spent a fantastic time here, would recommend to anyone.

Loved our stay, had fun filled 4 days overall. A bath in the bathroom was a plus. The location was central, magnificent in a nice quiet area. Besides, it was near centre, and the main square.

We booked a superior room and loved it. A work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and TV worked well. It had central location close to Jozef Mehoffer House. You could walk to shops and convenience stores.

Everything here was really good and my room was bright. The staff was attentive and efficient with TERRIFIC services. There were comfy beds and a private safe, air conditioning and an iron inside the room. The continental breakfast was exceptional, had plenty of options.

Superior place with excellent hotel staff. Heating, a personal safe and a work desk were much appreciated during our weekend. Old Town district was worth exploring. We really enjoyed it so we would come there again.

We really enjoyed amber design. The location was peaceful, with Pizzeria Topizza nearby, where we could eat.
