Sheraton Grand Krakow

The whole place was exceptionally clean and the staff were professional. Had an absolutely stunning view and the breakfast was excellent quality and generous. Its top, central location was a plus. There was a very nice restaurant relatively close to the hotel. The service was very good as we had expected.

Overall it was particularly good and magnificent, with a separate bathroom. The staff were awesome, the location was stunning. Moreover, the area was lovely.

I loved staying in this well-maintained place. Well-trained team at night shift. The breakfast with fresh eggs cooked to order, food and drinks, all diets including gluten free was high quality, you’ll find what you need.

All in all everything was really good, had a special stay during the Christmas holiday. The bedroom was brand-new and fancy. Its location was magnificent, close to the centre, and in a particularly great area. Besides, the hotel was within walking distance of Manchester Jewish Museum.

No complains at all, I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Many things to mention - everything was clean, nice food, great views. The units were new-fashioned and the staff were highly courteous people with excellent customer service. This grand old and truly exceptional hotel had central setting nice to return to following a day of sightseeing.

Loved the way our double room for comfort of its guests was. Had best possible and reasonable location to the Wawel castle, next to a museum and a central market. The incredibly professional staff made a good impression.

Stunning and exceptional location on hallway area, classic style building. Near which itself is approx half way between the old town and the public areas.

My favourite property in Krakow. Exceptional location in Old Town district next to Jewish areas, the Schindler factory and the bars downstairs. Also, right opposite the castle. Fresh and reasonably priced meals.

Excellent home base for discovering Krakow with fantastic and awesome staff at night shift. Exceptionally good units for wifi in bedroom. Smooth check in and late check out. Stunning location for Krakow, so close to Wawel, and the Visla river and the Wavel castle. Again, not far from a fortified hilltop castle.

The unit we got was exceptionally good with WiFi, comfortable bed and TV. Distance to the airport was just 15 km.

Well-maintained and modern unit with a modern decor. Carbonated drinks at rooftop bar, very efficient service. Excellent location adjacent to Old Town and the Main Square, the Someplace Else pub/restaurant, and sightseeing in a really great area. Again, walking distance to a fire breathing statue.

Double room with view. The most important - absolutely perfect and excellent location to the old town center. And near to Wavel castle and Old historical centre of the town, the Someplace Else pub/restaurant which was TexMex style and OK, and various eateries.

Everything was perfect, we had enjoyable 5 days here. The extremely accommodating staff with excellent service provided all the necessary info. It had riverside location close to Stu Theatre.

The views were not very good.

By and large, it was lovely base for sightseeing in Krakow, had much fun and met incredibly professional staff with excellent service. The location was central, not far from the hotel's restaurant, the main square Lots and wawel castle and old town, and there where a museum and a central market next to the venue.

came here for christmas, had great 3 days overall. my room with good view was spotless, had good night's sleep. the food was incredible and the breakfast was tasty. the location was stunning, at a walking distance from main square. i would recomand the place.

All in all it's fairly clean place, they have perfect beds. It has a marvellous and picturesque location near the river, and the Old Town.

I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. The hotel was just off the castle, a run along the path, and both the Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarter thanks to its perfect and magnificent location.

The hotel of choice in Krakow. We really enjoyed property's comfort and location. We booked twin room, it was a great value. Not to mention a private parking.

Location was superb, breakfast was EXCELLENT. As picky eaters we thoroughly enjoyed to be close to a wide range of restaurants, went to The Olive couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away. The bed was great and there was Wi-Fi. Besides, we parked our car on-site.
