The location was unbeatable and excellent, not too far from Georgian House.

The staff was extremely friendly and excellent - I will be returning here soon. Loved how excellent value and nicely designed the property was. The location was perfect and nice, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Princes Street Gardens. Also, the area was comfortable. My room was well-organised and good quality and the bed was good. The restaurant was very comfy and the breakfast was savoury and varied with again friendly.

The location was great and easy, staff were really good. Thoroughly enjoyed the double room with all facilities, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The service we got was excellent.

High-class and pretty standard accommodation. Well-organised and high standard rooms with sofa bed, tea, for instance, perfect 10/10 stay! Very good service, parking on-site. The friendly check-in. Cooperative staff, absolutely perfect and nice location right by the train station to central Krakow.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a fairly nice stay ideally for this short visit. I booked new-fashioned and silent room with the bathroom. This location was marvellous, really close to new rail link.

Facilities were modern clean, nonetheless Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The total experience was really really nice, I couldn't recommend more. The hotel had good location really close to airport terminal for the silly o'clock departure in the morning and So close to the airport. I had high-class and beautifully maintained room with comfortable bed and great bathroom. A coffeemaker and fridges were a nice touch.

The rooms were comfortable quiet and well soundproofed and had coffee & tea making machines and fridges. The location in that area of Poland was absolutely perfect and stunning.

I ate at an excellent restaurant which serves great food. The bathroom was large and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and guest toiletries for my convenience. The location was particularly good and fab and the services were good. No complaints whatsoever, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would come back for sure.

We greatly enjoyed the breakfast with again friendly and found it to be plentiful. The location was particularly good, close to the train station to take you to old town, and the bed exceptionally comfortable.

The location was magnificent and beautiful for me as it was right by the bar / restaurant, the airport and train station, and Almost in the terminal yet so quiet. The service was all in all excellent.

Location - magnificent and beautiful not far from airport and parking, Literally right across from the airport terminal, and the fitness center.

The room was comfortable quiet and air conditioned, included with big bathroom and a BIG bed. The setting was nice, near the trams, the bar & dining areas and also connected to the train station for easy access to Krakow. I had a perfect 10/10 experience and would return here.

Everything was nice, had a really really nice stay on our last night of our 3 week vacation. The room was soundproof and neat, the bed was very comfy. Coffee/tea making equipment and refrigerators were a huge plus.
