Had really good stay in Krakow's old town, the staff were competent, location was excellent 20mins away from the train station. We had a studio apartment on higher floors.

Particularly good location in Old Town district just next door to reasonably priced cafes, restaurants and bars. Also, to everything in walking distance.

All in all they offer good service. I have stayed in the apartment with a balcony, a safe box, and a hair dryer.

The hotel was in a marvellous location right by all the tourist sights, the park perimeter, the town square and all kinds of restaurants, cafes and bars, a wooded park that was nice for a morning walk, and the next supermarket. It also was especially in the Scandale Royale restaurant where the professional cocktail bar man Jakub was superb.

The restaurant was beautiful for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. It was overlooking city the view was truly special.

Everything there were outstanding, including very good facilities. A good choice of outstanding food.

The breakfast options are delicious with the patisserie called Charlotte. The staff are competent and best, answered every question I had. The setting is incredible and wonderful, short walk to the attractions and culture, a 15 minute walk through the park to the train station, and the adjoining restaurant. The place to order lunch approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel is Rbg Restaurant.

Have stayed here many times and will choose the place for future trips.

Overall the room was beautiful little with a modern bathroom as well as a balcony. The location was excellent and incredible for exploring this really quiet area, near to cafe attached to the building and building work, a fountain lined by shops, cafes, restaurants and bars and the Old Town and all the bars and restaurants.

Ideal place for trip in Krakow, I would recommend it. Delicious and great breakfast with a fantastic food is available. This hotel offers lovely location just off the very centre, the biggest tourist attractions and tram stops in the other. Old Town district deserves your attention.

The venue was in a very central location near restaurants, the main square and THE HISTORIC CENTRE. And it was not too far from Pimiento Argentino Grill, ate there couple of times. We loved rooms with a balcony. Besides, parking was available nearby.
