The room itself was reasonably spacious with a bath and had essentials we needed. A good choice of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone.

The rooms are great-sized and huge, with a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. You can see courtyard from your window. It boasts incredible, amazing location adjacent to excellent restaurant and spa, and the roof garden as a nice oasis from the crowds.

The place was fabulous and had pleasant and welcoming staff with our special request, loved the stay. The hotel was in a fantastic location just next door to the Market Square in the old town, and other tourist attractions. Moreover, it was 2 km from Royal Mile.

It's a top-class place, spotlessly clean. The location is magnificent and unbeatable, 3 km from Victoria and Albert Museum. It provides terrific restaurant nearby.

The location was excellent, very close to the historical center, next to Wawel Castle, Kraków and a quiet street close to the castle and less than 5 minutes on foot to the square and easily accessible. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Amazing location very close to all main sights, traditional and enjoyable breakfast. Based really close to Castle, the banks of the magnificent Vistula River which is the longest and the iconic Wawel Castle and Cathedral. Early check-in, late check-out. Great pool area too.

The location was incredibly comfortable, close to a historical Romanesque church. This hotel was in a very pleasant area. The restaurant was spectacular and served appetising food.

Enjoyed the place, had a fine stay for 4 nights. The staff were attentive and caring hole time of my stay. The location was unbeatable, you can visit a perfect street by walking. The restaurant was terrific and its appetising dishes are to die for.

Hotel was great, staff was friendly. Old Town district deserves to be explored. We really loved the amenities, such as satellite television, central heating and a writing desk.

The room was good sized. This hotel was FANTASTIC. Convenient access to the cloth hall and other tourist places. Podgorze Duchackie district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.
