Spacious and luxurious room for early drink and reasonably priced. Lots of facilities such as: a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and central heating. Outstanding dishes, very central location right in the center.

The place is wonderful, met the criteria. The location is very central, really close to including the iconic Main Market Square, the stylish common areas and Michelin star restaurant. Thanks, I will be back, appreciated this hotel.

The place was top-class and exceptionally clean. The room we booked was brand-new and a decent size with an amazing view and a good heating system plus 2 separate bathrooms both with heated floors as described. Absolutely perfect location, extremely helpful staff at the reception desk. In the restaurant they served Polish cuisine dishes.

We were there for 5 nights and felt would definitely come back here. The property was comfortable and pleasant with superfriendly staff at the reception desk. Our luxurious room was big, had tons of space.

The property was spotlessly clean and staff was competent. This room was decent sized with an incredible view of the cathedral. We had a few hot drinks in the good hotel’s bar.

Bright brand-new rooms, they are provided with great amenities, an amazing view, for example. The location is ideal and exceptionally nice and the food is amazing. The hotel has got a very nice restaurant.

Fine food and warm drinks. Excellent location in Krakow next to the center of the city, which is ideal to explore the city, supermarkets, attractions and night clubs and bars all at less than 10 minutes walk distance, and the main town square, Rynek Glowny.

The breakfast was excellent with juices and great coffee, for instance, and had all you need. The location was excellent, not very far from Kazimierz.

Make sure to get double room with a good heating system, a view to Mariacki Church towers-listening to trumpet every hour and 2 separate bathrooms. It offers fantastic, amazing location. The restaurant is good.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, you can visit Pharmacy Museum by walking. Loved my guest room.

We got a Jacuzzi too. The location was peaceful, within walking distance of Main Market Square. It was also right by the old town, the main square, and Krakow. You could leave a car nearby.

The location was incredible, not too far from Palace of Art. And it was also just off Krakow and the centre.

Legendary and impeccably clean place to stay in, it has knowledgeable staff at the reception desk. The double room is luxurious and has central heating, multi-channel TV and a study table. The bed is comfortable, slept really good. The location is magnificent, relatively close to a city market.

My room was fashionable with a separate bathroom. The bed was comfy; and there was a jacuzzi. The location was unique in the very center and the staff here was efficient and knowledgeable.

Reasonably priced place, had an ENJOYABLE stay for three nights. This was my 2nd stay, they offered queen room with character. It had central location close to Main Market Square. Everything was simply really good.

it offers good prices. it's ideal base for sightseeing and exploring krakow. we had a king room and it included heating, multi-channel television and a mini fridge bar. only 10 min walk to downtown.

All in all, it was perfect place for traveling to Krakow. The hotel stands in the central location. It deserves its 5 stars.
