All in all they offer incredible service. The units are big and immaculate with breakfast. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and really care about the guests.

The room is well priced.

It was clean, and the people were really kind and very good. Got an adequate breakfast included. Our room was wonderful with breakfast, just what was needed.

The room was convenient, greatly enjoyed the big bathroom it had. Essentials that you need, such as multi-channel TV, a dining area, and ironing facilities, were there. The check-in was quick and the atmosphere was family overall.

It was about 15 km from the airport. The room was immaculate and clean, had iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and a satellite TV.

It is an enchanting and fabulous property located in Pradnik Bialy district near to taxis, the restaurant during the breakfast, and krakov. All the staff members are outstandingly accommodating and kind. I'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with safe, Tea, as for instance was not a problem. The hotel has a great location, to the historic center-5 km by taxi.

Fantastic accommodation, kind staff, handy location nearer to the main square. Choose standard queen room with the all the basics, very big bathroom and all the facilities. Comfortable overall experience.

Planned to see Krakow major attractions and it was superb base for visiting all of them.

location: the hotel was right by airport, restaurant, and mall. i was given immaculate room with kids running riot, a separate bed, for instance. the staff were all attentive and provided excellent service.

Appreciated my great stay out of town. The hotel staff was polite and kind. My double room and bed were exceptionally comfortable. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

A great selection of extra supplies: central heating, an electronic key card and ironing facilities. Breakfast was amazing as you get in any 4 star hotel...

By and large, it was super base for sightseeing in Krakow, had much fun. Truly enjoyed on-site restaurant Restauracja Impresja.
