The service provided there was amazing. The location of the hotel was ideal, away from the main square.

Sumptuous breakfast with cheeses and fresh fruit, and the staff was competent.

The staff were amazing people especially at the reception desk, and location was super. The hotel itself was in a lovely area, short walk to all main attractions in the city, and Poland. We had a nice bedroom.

Location - brilliant, not far from the Old Town, more central perhaps, and an in house taxi for airport transfers which is very helpful.

The breakfast was very satisfying and particularly nice with different options and with reasonably priced food. The location of the hotel was central, so close to shopping centre including cinema, an in house taxi for airport transfers, and the Kazimierz. Also, the place was just a pleasant stroll away from Skwer Judah.

The hotel was wonderful, had nice views and absolutely perfect location right by several sightseeing locations-old Jewish town/ghettos/Schindler Factory, and all bus's and trams, within the city.

Make sure you stay in the queen room with Xbox, gorgeous modern bathrooms, for example. It has easy, lovely setting, adjacent to the Vistula river, Enterprise park which the closest business park and wonderful Krakow.

The service was excellent and the food was high quality. The pool onsite was very clean.

I was here for 3 nights and ate at gourmet restaurant till 11 very rushed service. It had a superb decor. The hotel was functional and luxurious and in a central location close enough to a great location steps away from a large shopping mall, Poland and Carefour.

The room was pleasantly furnished with a jacuzzi bathroom. All the services were perfect. Every staff member was efficient and excellent.

Everything about this functional and luxury hotel was modern. The staff were excellent and amazing friendly in case of questions. The daily service was incredible. It had pool too. The property had a marvellous and really handy location to the big shopping mall. The meal served at the gourmet restaurant was high quality.

Large unit with a queen size bed. Fantastic and perfect location in Krakow, really close to more central perhaps, the tram station and the bars and restaurants of the old town or Jewish quarter. Easy walk to Vistulan Boulevards in Krakow.

Marvellous unbeatable location, right next to a modern shopping centre which is very handy if you need to buy provisions for the day or want a quick bite to eat.

Everything is modern here, had a SUCH WONDERFUL stay for our 4 nights away. The units are functional, airy with gorgeous modern bathrooms. The location is perfect, the staff is supper friendly. The hotel has a perfect restaurant for evening meals.

Its location is ideal & lovely, near the river in Kazimerez district, 130 shops, 10 screen cinema and a variety of places to eat and Carefour.

Overall it was good with comfy beds. All the staffs were cheerful.

One of the advantages - pleasantly furnished rooms; they included a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets.

brilliant location, exceptional twin room with floors 5 & 6, an excellent bathroom and coffee facilities.

The bedroom was airy and impressive. The bed was extremely comfy, the staff were competent and highly efficient people on the reception desk. It was based in really nice building in a brilliant and reasonable location, right next to the river. Besides, it was right by Enterprise park which the closest business park, restaurant and the museum.

It was important to get wheelchair accessible room with hairdryer, fridge, for instance and that went well. Central location was a plus.

Consistently courteous staff, laundry, ironing service and wake up service free of charge. The queen room with a bath, free safety box, for instance. Fine food selection.

The location was incredible and peaceful, not too far from Muzeum Krakowa. Wake-up service, available in my standard queen room, was a nice bonus. The breakfast was marvellous, it had brilliant meals.

The breakfast was marvellous for vegetarians, perfect food. The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from Locked Up.

It is well priced. Pleasant hotel, it has pleasant staff especially at the reception desk. The airport is 25 km away, easy to reach. The breakfast is hot and delicious and the location is easy. They have lobby bar, private parking and nice pool.

Make sure you stay in the standard queen room with the view of the city.

Warm and delicious breakfast with plenty of food, well priced. Incredible position in Krakow. Not to mention free wifi!

The staff was amiable, the bed was comfy. We enjoyed the size of the room - big, plus it was spotlessly clean.

free wifi was working perfectly. we had a buffet breakfast and enjoyed the quality of the food. ordered diner at their on-site restaurant andromeda alfa. we used airport transfer and guided tour service too.

Quiet rooms and a NICE breakfast, right place for visiting Krakow. A bus stop was next to the entrance. We had fun in the a swimming pool of the hotel.
