Airy & good sized unit on lower floors. All in all incredible and lovely setting just next door to restaurants and food and main city centre.

It was in the central location close to the old town centre.

We were moved to a twin room with twin beds. The location in a nice quiet area was marvellous and fab. It included amazing restaurant for breakfast.

Wonderful and clean hotel, enjoyed it. The room I booked was spotless with coffee, air con, as example.

We ate in the fantastic restaurant for breakfast which was reasonably priced. It had central location close to a Brick Gothic church. It was located in a very nice area.

The location was perfect and excellent, for example, Wyspianski Museum was at a short distance from the hotel. Set minutes from the central station, which helped to explore Krakow. The queen room was brand-new with adequate bathrooms.

The room was perfect with good facilities, had essentials required.

Comfortable modern and beautifully maintained room & marvellous views. A wide range of facilities like: coffee/tea making equipment and a hair dryer. Substantial breakfast each morning, good and perfect location to the center of Krakow. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Greater Manchester Police Museum.

We had a king room, which was brand-new and comfortable modern. We had a hot and substantial breakfast with hot options and even cooked items, as example nicely served.

Had king room with safe shower cubicles, TV and 2 extra. Minutes from the central station, perfect for me.

I had a very nice stay. It was clean with efficient and excellant co-operating staff. The beds were very comfy, the room was comfortable modern for the bathroom to be made bigger.

The hotel rooms were comfortable modern with good breakfast, reasonably priced. The location was fantastic and amazing - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Old Town district was worth exploring.

Possibly the best and really lovely stay for 3 nights. Silent and well-appointed units with good breakfast.

Thoroughly enjoyed a very positive stay, I would stay here again. The breakfast was super, the hotel was wonderful and clean. It was in a very central setting in great location for sightseeing.

The rooms are well-equipped and well-appointed and they have coffee/tea making machines, tea-making facilities, and a safe box. It offers excellent, fantastic location.

We were in an absolutely perfect and excellent location within a close distance from Main Square. The breakfast was hot and substantial, with a great selection of food.

Had 2 days in Krakow, spending our time here really good. The rooms with safe, adequate bathrooms, for example were beautifully maintained. The location was magnificent, just a short walk away from Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square. The restaurant here was good for breakfast.

Our room was brand-new with a double bed, Coffee/ Tea, adequate bathrooms, slept well. The breakfast was substantial for a hotel of this rating with fresh bread, Polish specialties, a mixture of hot options.

The hotel was in the central setting in a quiet area. Overall it was comfortable modern and well-appointed with twin beds.

The rooms are new-fashioned with particularly well equipped bathrooms and have a fresh interior.

Good sized and well-maintained room with fresh towels and table & chair plus good facilities as advertised.

They offered us silent and neat rooms with WiFi good enough to watch Netflix, air con, tea.

Although everything was perfect, some of the staff were very unfriendly.

Every time in Krakow, I choose this place. The breakfast options are great with fresh bread, even cooked items and hot options.

The staff is well-mannered here, the services are very good, and location is amazing short walk to trams, centre and the main square through a very pleasant park. The units are brand-new and well-appointed with responsive temperature control.

The bathrooms are a bit small.

The location was good: shopping centres and an old market were within walking distance. Distance to the airport was just 15 km. The staff were hospitable, the breakfast was nice hot.

The setting was bad.

Immaculate and bright rooms with private bathrooms. Hypoallergenic pillows, soft bed.

Marvellous and lovely position close enough to the old square as well as krakow was very pleasant and would go back to Finnish, nice views. Also, right near the city centre.

Tea/coffee making equipment, tea-making facilities, and a safe available in the double room. Perfect and nice location minutes from the central station. Enjoyed very very nice area. Great to have a traditional restaurant for breakfast.

I must comment on its very central location - it was fab!

The hotel was situated in the central location excellent near the Old Town. Our room was comfortable modern and had a fresh interior. The breakfast was hot and large, the check in was early.

Facilities were clean modern, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

It had marvellous location not far from all the main sites including the Castle, which is 5/10 minutes away and a conservatory.

Pleasant and fairly clean place to stay in, it has pleasant staff at all times. The location is central. Zaginiony Swiat, where you can eat, is near the hotel. Very comfy bed, airy room that has a huge bathroom.

The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from The Cloth Hall. And we were adjacent to many restaurants/bars, all the attractions and the main square in old town which was fabulous.

Overall it was a fantastic stay for three nights. The room was neat with exceptionally comfortable beds as requested. A bathtub was amazing and everything was great.

It is a quaint property located in Old Town district close to a church as well as the city centre. Thank you for a PERFECTLY PLEASANT stay.

the location is central, adjacent to the "planty ", old town and the city centre. moreover, take a look at a painting gallery, set within walking distance of the venue.

Spent our time lovely in this pleasant hotel. Loved the new-fashioned room for the bathroom to be made bigger and the way it was setup. The decor was fresh and the staff were efficient and cooperative. Its stunning, central location was a plus. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away...

Shame the bathroom was a bit small.

Near to cloth hall, 15 minutes' walk to Krakow Central train station. Walking to old town takes 15 minutes. We appreciated the pool. Podgorze Duchackie district was worth visiting...
