Little and pretty place all in all, has great staff on the reception desk.

Clean property with very helpful staff on the reception desk. Great food for tasty and delicious breakfast with original dishes. Location - good and absolutely perfect just next door to great restaurants and bars, Plac Nowy and the main square of Kracow.

Beds were not so comfortable.

Location - fantastic, so close to the Visla embankment, the main square, Wawel Castle and other attractions as well as the main square & other sites of interest.

The units were well heated and nice looking for locker on 1side of bed. The hotel offers perfect and nice location to the central rail station.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the castle. Amazing location next to the Old Town and Ghetto, and Kazimierz, the old Jewish area, it's very central. Plus, the property is 3 km from Museum of Childhood.

Well-maintained place to stay, I was there for 1 night and would stay here again. Everything was cool, including attentive and knowledgeable staff. The room was decent sized, reasonably priced and with wardrobes, tea, as example. The breakfast was large, I greatly enjoyed fruit, breads, and meats. The service was very good and the food was outstanding. The location was perfect to the central rail station and exceeded all expectations. Went to Mercat Bar for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Its location was great and stunning, to the Wawel castle. Ate at Cacio & Pepe, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Wonderful magnificent location, in the Jewish district of Krakow. Reasonably large units in level 01 which does n't have a lift facility.

The room is spotless and there are perfect views of the castle. The venue has particularly good and unbeatable location almost near the center to the city with Tram stops nearby.

This was a particularly good location adjacent to all the main attractions and Right in the centre of Kazimierz. The room was spotless, had perfect views and featured luggage storage, a balcony, and a hair dryer.

I came here for 3 nights and had a nice stay. My king room was bright with windows on the inner court. The staff were very helpful and amazingly nice hole time of my stay. Particularly good location right by the bus stations, many restaurants, and the beautiful Kazimierz, I felt safe.

Enjoyed our stay, had lovely 7 days overall. We were in an excellent and absolutely perfect location just a short stroll away from a fortified hilltop castle. The hotel was near restaurants and bars. The breakfast offered fruit, fresh bread, and meats.

Our breakfast was inclusive and tasty for decaffeinated coffee. The location was incredible, in the lovely Kazimierz neighborhood, convenient to go everywhere. Kuchnia u Doroty set just 200 metres away from the hotel, had a Polish cuisine.

I had a double room and it was spotless with windows on the inner court. The location was particularly good and unbeatable in a nice quiet area, so close to walking distance of tourist board, the castle and schindlers factory, and the castle and Old Town.

Large selection for breakfast with Polish cuisine, pickles, original dishes. Efficient staff and well heated and nice looking rooms with bottled water, the bedroom and windows on the inner court. Location close enough to the tourist attractions that Krakow has to offer, and several bars. Also, almost in the center.

Got double room with big bathroom when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that. Facilities we needed were available: luggage storage and a hair dryer.

We needed wheelchair accessible room with a double bed, the bedroom and level 01 and it was available.

It was new-fashioned, neat and for locker on 1side of bed. The dining room served a wide array of meals for breakfast. This hotel was set in a very central area short walk to other attractions by foot, great Polish restaurant, and the beautiful Kazimierz.

My guest room was fully-equipped & spotless. This accommodation had a very central setting in Kazimierez district. Plus, it was just next door to the train stations and the bus stations, city center and most of attractions and the old town centre.

Everything was perfect, the wifi was excellent. I really enjoyed that it was huge. It had central location close to Rocco. The property was set in a pretty quiet area. No complaint, the venue met expectations.

I booked a guest room, it was fully-equipped and had coffee, tea/coffee and luggage storage. The location was wonderful, not too far from a fortified hilltop castle. And I was near restaurants and bars.

The breakfast had lots of bread, fruit and meats. The location was best possible, in the Jewish Quarter, and the bed comfortable.

Quirky and brilliant hotel, spent our time here lovely. It was reasonably priced. There were tea/coffee and luggage storage in the room, loved that. The view was wonderful of the castle. The service was very good as we had expected. The location of the venue was unbeatable - within walking distance of Locked Up...

Every place we needed, such as tempel synagogue was a few steps away from this hotel. Restauracja Starka, located within 15 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly.

The property is within a walking distance of corpus christi church. Room met needs well. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose Kazimierz. We have stayed here anywhere in the world & will be back...
