Liked the location close to various landmarks. We had an upstairs bedroom.

The hotel is fairly clean with helpful service. Double room is luxurious, has a clean bathroom. Marvellous location as it's and close to main attractions and Super close to great restaurants.

The staff was super-friendly, and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

It offers exceptional services.

We booked it before and recommend it to everyone.

It is a beautifully decorated property located in Debniki district adjacent to the restaurant, the tram and the „ Forum “ next door.

I was offered a room with EXCEPTIONAL views on old town. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, great location to all key attractions. Plus, it was so close to Wawel Royal Castle, shopping mall and the „ Forum “.

It was bright, modern and with balcony. Everything was modern, even so a few employees were kind of rude. The location was stunning and particularly good, for example, a fortified hilltop castle was at a medium distance from the hotel.

Simply nothing too much trouble, amazing stay. Modern hotel in an incredible location, good food.

I liked staying here, no complaint. The brilliant location was a minute walk from Plaza Krakow Beach. Moreover, it's short walk to the old City Center and Wawel Royal Castle and main attractions.

Overall it was spotless with balcony.

We loved the hotel, it was quaint and fairly clean. Top position was an added bonus. The whole experience was extra special, nothing too much trouble, would recommend.
