The room was stylish and silent, with WiFi. Everything here was fantastic. Its magnificent, very central location was a plus.

The location was absolutely perfect with lots of restaurants and bars right at the doorstep. Loved that it was 5 minutes' walk from the train station.

Tasty breakfasts, with fried or boiled eggs. Compact room and nice styled, with coffee and tea making equipment, cable channels, and a study table. Amazing location, just a walk down to everywhere.

Comforts of twin room were fabulous - a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and a personal safe. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was good! The staff was amiable & efficient. The venue was set in the very central position next to the central station by public transport, bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants on the way, and main tourist attractions.

The staff are extremely friendly and gentle, managed the parking close to hotel. I'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with the fresh interior design, a balcony view, for instance was not a problem.

The location of this hotel really close to fantastic bars, the Jewish museum and the mall and plenty of great restaurants and bars was perfect. The room was well decorated and extremely pleasant with 80 % view, a great balcony and lounge area with settee, had everything we wanted.

Thoroughly enjoyed my fashionable and immaculate room with a balcony as well as air con. A hairdryer, a spa bathtub and a bidet were available there. The service was exceptional with an early check-in.

Appreciated how stylish and bright the property was and its knowledgeable staff at all times. This accommodation had a very central setting very close to main square. Further, it was just next door to Krakow and centre. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Krakow.
