Immaculately clean rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Marvellous and lovely location - right next to bars and restaurants. Plenty of bars and restaurants with reasonably priced dishes.

The room was new-fashioned, comfortably furnished and the beds where large. The breakfast was very very good with various options with brilliant food. This good small hotel had very central setting close to bus stop.

We enjoyed this well-maintained hotel and recommend it. The breakfast was incredible with cheeses, many various options and bacon, worth the price.

Everything was perfect, the wifi was good. The location was great and lovely, short walk to the market square and all the tram stops, the Breakfast Bar / Restaurant and city centre, stayed here during my trip. Overall the service was excellent. Besides, I was able to park nearby. Have stayed here before, this is a comfortable hotel, recommend.

The location was excellent and perfect and in a quiet street. Our room was airy, new-fashioned and equipped with supplies and 2 twin beds plus double bed. The restaurant was nice and the food was fab.

It has magnificent very central location close to everything central. Moreover, it is near the police station, and transport.

Had a very enjoyable stay for 3 nights on organised trip, everything was very good. The room was decent size and offered shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The courtyard view was decent, I liked it.

The hotel's location was lovely, not far from a tram / bus station, and Stare Miasto the central plaza of Krakow. Very good service was provided.

All in all - had a relaxing 4 night stay. I could see courtyard from the window of the double room. The breakfast was great and included. The location was fantastic and good, close enough to main square & 20 minute walk from train/bus station and the station / shopping centre. Cafe Hammam Szeherezada Restaurant located 1 km away was a nice surprise. I was pleased with exceptional service. Relaxing drinks, fast wifi where a nice surprise.

It was fairly clean and little place, rather spacious and tidy rooms. Every member of the staff was great and charming.

They gave me decent sized and functional room with warm windows, additional equipment of an electric kettle, as for instance. The service was very good, that made the hotel excellent value and well-maintained place.

The rooms are airy and new-fashioned, provided with with coffee, supplies replaced daily, for example. I really enjoyed reasonably good personnel that ensures guests have a really nice stay.

The room was decent sized, with smoke detectors and decent views. The location offered was particularly good and perfect really close to the market square in the old town, the centre of Krakow and the Old City.

We loved spending 4 nights here. Room was modern and brand-new, the place itself was wonderful small. The location was convenient and near a park and a hill. We ate at a beautiful restaurant with bar.

It had central location close to a Grotesque theatre. It was located in a calm area short walk to the Logos, the square, and local resturants.

Loved my stay here and 100% recommend this hotel. Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights on organised trip, glad I've chosen it. The staff was pleasant, the bathroom was spotless. The restaurant was good with delicious polish food, I tried excellent dishes. The location was amazing and brilliant, not too far from Main Square.
