Nothing too much trouble, the venue met needs, recommend it. The hotel was fabulous, and impeccably clean, and the location was beautiful very close to the center. Liked the café, where we had breakfasts. Our stylish room was great-sized and bed was very comfy.

The place was pleasant and fantastic, with its helpful staff at the reception desk. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was tasty. The hotel's location was perfect, very close to town centre as well as the restaurant.

Superior and pleasant hotel, amicable staff, really enjoyed the stunning location so close to market square and Wawel Castle and the old town. The food was great and tasty. Overall the service was good. Also, I parked close to the property. My stay here was really amazing.

Fairly clean hotel, immensely pleasant employees at the reception desk. Lots of SAVOURY food at breakfast time. Very central location and beautifully decorated and superior venue itself. Only 20 minutes on foot from Kraków Main railway station.

Have stayed here many times and would return there. The room with stylish furniture. All the staff were cooperative and diligent, the room was incredible.

Got triple room with all the facilities, the garden and coffee as expected. Moreover, we were able to park close to the hotel.

Double room with milk, a great decor, as for instance accommodated us perfectly. There were an electric kettle and a fridge too. The location was awesome, at a walking distance from Galeria Krakowska.

greatly enjoyed how gorgeous the property was. the location is in the centre of the city. the food in the restaurant and the service. the deluxe twin room was good sized, had a private safe, heating and tv with satellite channels.
