The location close to everything krakow is the most beautiful city was amazing. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bierhalle Restaurant.

The breakfast was wonderful and marvellous and the place was clean. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable too. Loved our rooms with a view. This accommodation was in the very central location right in the centre of the old town.

Central location, holiday base for discovering Krakow. Well-appointed units with twin beds and outside fans plus nice toiletries, and friendly efficient staff.

The property was clean and staff was knowledgeable and hospitable. Our breakfasts were enjoyable and marvellous with free prosecco. The particularly good location was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Main Market Square.

Make sure to get double room with twin beds and lovely view. The staff are fairly friendly and efficient and really care about the guests.

It has great and fantastic location for visiting Main Square.

The stay was perfect. I appreciated this top quality place, stayed there for 3 nights. Everything was perfect, but a few employees were not very good. There was incredible food, the staff was attentive and genuinely helpful. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect as for me, very close to the square and the old market. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.

Breakfast with Prosecco. Stunning and marvellous location in Krakow, very close to the excellent Italian restaurants in the area, the main square and all the main attractions. Right at Main Market Square and other tourist attractions.

Everything was good, enjoyed our really comfortable stay. Our rooms were spotless with lovely view, nice toiletries, for instance. The breakfast food was splendid.

All in all they offer exceptional service. Huge, tastefully decorated room complete with a smart phone, nice toiletries, space for clothes storage. The location is ideal, the staff is competent.

Fantastic and amazing location, just a walking distance from Bazylika Mariacka. From the bus stop 20 minutes on foot. Knowledgeable staff and modern rooms with fresh towels.

Everything was great, however we stayed for 1 night only. The double room was fashionable, included an electric kettle, a fridge, and an individual safe. The hotel had an amazing and fab location in an excellent situation for sightseeing. Besides, it was so close to the main Market Square, and centrum.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

All the staff was efficient and knowledgeable, tackled my issues. The rooms were spotless and the location was awesome on events happening. Also, I was 10 minutes by walk from an underground square central museum.

Couldn’t fault.

Appreciated that hairdryer, tea and coffee making equipment, and TV set were included. Stopped by Hard Rock Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's next door to the venue, recommend. Besides, parking is nearby. Pleasant stay.

Near st mary's basilica and main square. One could dine at restaurants such as pimiento argentino grill 10 minutes away. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose imperial.
