Gorgeous brand-new hotel with efficient and best staff members at the reception desk. Nicely decorated, functional room with a private bathroom and a hair dryer, soft bathrobes, and a shower cap. Fantastic, lovely location in Old Town district very close to all main attractions, the gardens, and the old town.

The room was great-sized and air-conditioned with large bed.

This accommodation had a central setting central to city attractions. We found nice My Dad's Bakery nearby with hot beverages.

I asked for triple room and it was spotless and airy with lovely bathroom. An electric kettle and glassware were provided.

The location was central, magnificent in a great area. And it's just a short walk away from Pod Baranem, ate there once or twice. My deluxe double room was immaculate. Plus it had castle view.

Beds were not very comfortable.

Everything was simply fantastic. Had an enjoyable stay during our christmas. The location was unbeatable and prime for walking around Planty Park. We also went to city centre, located within walking distance of the hotel.

My favourite property in Krakow. Actually everything was fantastic. It had central location close to Kazimierz Jewish District. Brand-new hotel set in the good area. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, offered exceptional services.

The location is perfect, 1 km from Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square. The hotel has a beautiful restaurant with great food. Can recommend it.

We go there often, and strongly recommend it to all. Hotel's really close to tourist spots like main square. One could dine at restaurants such as Amarylis 20 minutes away. The room decor was beautiful.
