Excellent service within 0.5 km of the airport. The really helpful staff all round. Neat room, modern on lower floors.

The location was easy and magnificent, right by post office, laundry, co-working, cafes and of course shops and many taxis. It also was to the city center though.

The location was particularly good and easy, close to with excellent transport links to the city centre, motorway and shopping center and the restaurant for two nights, and the view was exceptionally good.

Its rooms are modern with good view and free tea for a really nice stay. The staff in general is excellent.

Excellent staff and the place was perfectly clean. Incredible breakfast — variety of meals. Modern and huge hotel units with walk in shower, decent bathroom, for instance. Location right by the IKEA, LIDL and other shops, the main square, and retail park.

The property was overall clean and original and the location was quiet. Overall it was great-sized with various drinks. The breakfast was fantastic, better that in most places. The stay was absolutely really nice.

Everything looks nice. My must haves' are a bright, new-fashioned room with nice toilet and various drinks plus TV. The location is quiet and personnel is very amiable. Pradnik Bialy district definitely deserves exploring.

we had 4 nights in krakow, spent our time here greatly. this hotel is equal to 4 stars.

We stayed in a family room with a mini fridge bar, a laptop-compatible safe and a work desk. Przystanek Vietnam, where you can eat, is within short walking distance of the hotel.

Morning meal food was fine! It was truly a great stay. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose conrad.

Breakfast was SATISFYING in the hotel. A relaxing base for exploring Krakow.
