The breakfast itself is tasty and amazing with to include fresh omelets made to order.

We were given a triple room with mobility access upon arrival.

The room I booked was very nicely furnished and well-equipped with a fabulous bathroom.

Nice designed room with a late book, very comfortable beds, the shower, amiable staff from receptionist to another. Hot and savoury breakfast option with different dishes and fresh omelets made to order and Prosecco.

They offered top quality and fashionable rooms with nice shower, modern decor, for instance.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, yet everything was very good. The accommodation had a central location close to attractions. The cafe bar was cosy and the drinks were alcoholic.

Nice staff and stunningly beautiful and incredible place. Very impressed with twin room with bath. Location right by the Krakow Plaza shopping centre and the conference arena, the men's changing and the men's shower areas, and the nearest tram stop. Delicious food and exceptional service. Late check-out. Simply no complaint, really great stay.

The rooms are spotless and impressive, with a fridge, air conditioning, and a laptop-compatible safe. Very good and tasty breakfast, thanks a lot.

Wonderful relaxing place all in all, has exceptionally polite staff from receptionist to another. Nice modern rooms come with comfortable bed, whirlpool and a late book. This is a hotel go-to for Krakow!

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the demands, strongly recommend it. Reasonably priced place, had an absolutely amazing stay for one night. The breakfast with fresh omelets, to include fresh omelets made to order and different dishes was savoury, you'll find what you need. Everything was good, however a few employees were poorly trained.

The venue was stunningly beautiful and great, I enjoyed the stay and the location was unbeatable just next door to cinema complex, the resturant and the Arena taxi. Perfect clean property, it has incredibly attentive staff from receptionist to another. The rooms are well-appointed, brand-new, and come with an electronic key card, a work desk, and tea and coffee making equipment. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The location is amazing and perfect, by taxi from town centre.

The location was perfect and convenient, so close to The tram line is an easy walk though the shopping centre & up one flight of stairs to the road level, cinema complex and the restaurant on one evening, in an industrialised area. They gave us well-appointed and top quality room for a late book out.

I had reasonably priced room specially with a toddler. A wide range of food for breakfast, it was delightful. The staff were very efficient and well-trained hole time of my stay. The location of this hotel just off The tram line, and the Arena-taxi was quiet.

Very good service, though a few employees were quite busy. I ate at a really nice restaurant with great choices for breakfast evening meal and snacks. An electric kettle, a fridge and glassware were a nice touch. The pool was excellent and I had strong drinks in the cafe bar.

Views were not so great.

This hotel exceeded all expectations in every way, would be happy to recommend. Appreciated our room that was of modern decor well maintained and available with the shower, snacks and bath. Besides, the location was good for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Krakow Arena. And the area was wonderful, adjacent to shopping locations, stadium and the centre of Krakow.

The restaurant was particularly good for dinner, we ordered amazing dishes. The location was unbeatable and magnificent and the private parking was onsite. Ate at Dabskie Jadlo, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The room was extremely spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, will definitely go back there again. The breakfast was astonishing and marvellous, the staff was nice, the grounds were clean. The location was great: a main market and a supermarket were within walking distance.

There are nice designed rooms with large bathrooms. The location is good, 3 km from Krakow Trade Fairs. And the area is wonderful not far from a shopping centre as well as up one flight of stairs to the road level.

In overall, the place is fabulous, has courteous staff especially at reception desk. The amazing restaurant for dinner is a nice plus. Thanks, I would definitely stop here again, thoroughly enjoyed this hotel.

Easy base for discovering Krakow.

Elegant and spotless units with regular coffe, a late book out plus bath. Best possible location of the hotel to derelict shopping mall. And close to notable restaurants.

I really enjoyed the peaceful location in the good area. I found Caldo Pizza & Pub offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

The staff was polite, went the extra mile to provide a really great stay. The restaurant was small, good service, fab food.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other brand-new hotels. The staff was courteous and pleasant, the breakfast offered was satisfactory with plenty of food. Grzegorzki district was worth staying in.

It's fine base for sightseeing and exploring Krakow.

So glad we choose it, it's ideal place for staying in Krakow.
