Hotel was absolutely great, staff was welcoming. The location couldn't be more particularly good and perfect nearby a local market where you can buy food to make a breakfast. Moreover, it was just off bus stops and tram stops, and near to Center.

Central location further away from center. Based near the market at the end of the road, local shops, and the centre which was approx 15 to 20mins walk.

The location is magnificent and fantastic, to the town square. Lovely breakfast with jam and cheese, the staff is exceptionally nice and friendly.

The location was excellent, in the Old Town, convenient to go everywhere. The staff were excellent friendly and efficient and helpful with requests.

Its location was central, a minute walk from Cracovia Stadium. The stuff was professional and helped with the public parking.

My deluxe king suite with enough space from every thing and a sofa bed plus a clean shower was new-fashioned. The location was good and ideal, because a bus station was based close to the hotel.

The staff was efficient and very pleasant all the time. Our room had a very comfy bed and a great view. Tea/coffee making equipment, fridges, and kitchenware were provided.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The location was absolutely perfect - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, it was close enough to main market square, the Old Town and the Krakowska soccer field.

The venue has large rooms with a separate bedroom and table and chairs and competent and extremely helpful staff. The location is reasonable and just off local tourist spots, the tram and the town square.

The restaurant was very nice which does breakfast for approx, I tried simple dishes. I loved both wake-up service and very comfy bed. The location was perfect and excellent: local markets and a market were within walking distance.

Quick check-in, late check-out. A good choice of freshly made food for meals. Excellent, amicable people working here. Good central location, right by a bus stop for the bus airport as well as a farmers market.

All in all everything was pleasant, had a BRILLIANT stay for business trip. The staff were professional and assisted with public parking.

The room was new-fashioned, huge with a fairly clean bathroom. We had an extremely comfy bed, a roll-in shower, a hair dryer and toiletries.

Everything is very good here, had a comfortable stay for a business trip or a short stay. The superior apartment is huge with the attached kitchen as well as a sofa bed. The staff are exceptionally nice and amiable and deserve a 3-star rating.

Hotel's location was particularly good and ideal as it was close to a bus station.

Everything is modern, thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Spotlessly clean and new-fashioned rooms complete with 2 single beds and fresh towels plus a separate bedroom. All the staff is exceptionally nice and friendly and is engaged to make your stay such great. It has great and peaceful location to see a sizable park.

It is great hotel, I loved its neat rooms and pleasant staff. Particularly good views, and the location is good and ideal near to the centre, the old town square and a taxi to the Market Square. The place to order dinner not too far from the property is Vanilla Sky Restaurant. A lovely bar does the trick. Would have stayed for longer for a weekend.

Had 1 night in Krakow, spending my time here lovely. I booked queen studio with washing machine, dishwasher, for instance. There were tea/coffee making equipment, fridges and kitchenware upon arrival.

Ideal location and overall the staff was competent.

thanks guys for a really great stay for business trip. the location is marvellous and excellent, it's just off a bakery, krakow and a local market. besides, you can walk to a painting gallery.

Booked the hotel for its absolutely perfect location close enough to the town square, Auschwitz and the salt mines, and the local supermarket.

I loved configuration of the superior apartment. The unbeatable and brilliant location was an easy walk to Cracovia Stadium:)))

The venue is placed in a central position close to city center. Amiable people are working.

Very clean bed, the room was impressive and brilliant. It was nice to find a microwave oven, an electric kettle and fridges.

A fully furnished kitchen was a big plus. All you need for a city break in Krakow. Choosing for lunch the garden brasserie, which is situated 500 metres away was a good idea. The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away...

Hotel was situated a short walk to blonia. Comfortable beds in the rooms. We found Novo Square to dine in 700 metres from the property.
