All in all, it was handy base for travelling to Krakow. The staff were extremely helpful and top-class too. Had a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and multi-channel TV in my twin room.

It was in an incredible location with Museum of illusions nearby. Furthermore, the area was comfortable.

The double room is beautiful and has a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. Staff is exceptional and you can park your car nearby. The venue is placed in a central position in a nice part of the city.

We have booked double room with really good facilities. The restaurant had a wide array of incredible meals for breakfast. The location of the hotel was marvellous and incredible - at a medium distance from Main Square. We loved this place.

Make sure you stay in the twin room for your toiletries. The staff is extremely helpful, competent. The location is prime, 1 km from Main Square. It's based in pretty comfortable area, close to the city centre.

Worth its 5 stars. This hotel was nice comfy base for exploring Krakow, loved it. Breakfast was really GREAT. Moreover, free Wi Fi in all rooms was awesome.

location was great, just 15 minutes to krakow central train station by walking. for dinner we chose cafe oranzeria, that was 900 feet from the hotel.
