Hotel Alexander

The hotel was just ok, with convenient location and excellent wi-fi. An electric kettle and refrigerators in my twin/double room were a very thoughtful addition. The train station was close to place.

The bed was uncomfortable, unfortunately.

The units were well heated with separated 2 beds. The breakfast was savoury and varied, nice to have coffee and tea.

Views are not so great.

The location of the hotel was best possible, close to a shopping mall and an old market. There was a wide range of tasty meals. Everything was fine, the stuff where friendly efficient and competent.

We had a spacious bedroom. The bed was comfortable and a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and satellite television were a bonus.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was magnificent and perfect adjacent to many tourist attractions and main historical square, excellent location for exploring city. We had a perfectly pleasant stay thanks to attentive staff.

Well, it was a very enjoyable stay on first night of stay. The restaurant was good for breakfast, I tried fresh dishes. The decor was modern and the staff were excellent.

The restaurant was small for breakfast here, I had warm dishes. The staff was superfriendly plus the location was great and lovely. Lucky that it was just a short walk away from Dimitris, offering food to go.

Generous breakfast, particularly nice views, marvellous location near to the main attractions of Krakow, the "Schindler's List " factory, the main square, the castle, and Krakow's city centre. The service in general was excellent.

Fantastic and magnificent location in Krakow, adjacent to the central train / bus station and the town old center. Again, walking distance to a Brick Gothic church.

We ate in the modest restaurant for breakfast which was reasonably priced. The bed was nice and there were a mini-fridge, a kettle, and a writing desk to use. Very central location of this good budget hotel was a bonus.

Overall the staff was outstandingly accommodating and extremely polite.

Our accommodation was set in a central location not far from the main square and central hub, the major tourist attractions-Wawel Casrle and town centre.

Good value hotel in a brand new area not far from the train station, market square and tasty breakfast and market Square shops and bars. Rich and generous breakfast, with a lot of food. Attentive staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Excellent and ideal location with parking nearby.

Always a nice experience, I would come here again. The hotel is clean and nestled in a historic style building with a marvellous and easy location. Old Town district is worth looking into. Make sure to get standard twin room with a very comfy bed, kettle plus minibar.

The hotel was straightforward with stunning and best possible location close enough to the city centre as well as main square. Stayed for 4 nights, the staff was pleasant and efficient during all this time. You could leave a car nearby. The stay was great.

Spend our time here comfortably. We liked fruit and fresh fruit at breakfast. We had a room with street views. Free Wi Fi was available too.
