Metropolitan Boutique Hotel

Wonderful trendy boutique property with really excellent staff with excellent customer service. The marvellous and incredible location for the price, just next door to taxis to-and-from airport, lovely restaurants & bars in Jewish quarter, and near tram stops if required.

Stylish and clean place offers delicious breakfast and perfect location in a very nice district of Krakow. It's very good sized and well-kept with great-sized bathrooms.

Views are unattractive.

I loved this stylish and relaxing hotel, it did not disappoint. The time I spent there was lovely. The location was marvellous in the beautiful little area. A train station was minute walk from the place. The staff was highly caring when needed.

The venue is fairly clean and good-sized, views are nice, the location is particularly good near to all the great bars and restaurants in the Jewish quarter as well as the most interesting areas. We stay in superior room quite often, it is a decent size and brand-new. The staff are highly caring and patient, and the breakfast is plentiful.

Superior twin room with 9 weeks notice was the best. The location was particularly good and unbeatable - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go.

In overall, the place is stylish, has well managed and responsive staff with excellent customer service. The location is unbeatable, within a close distance from a 17th-century renaissance palace museum. The train station is close to the venue.

A mini bar, a safe, and a storage available in the superior queen room. Efficient service overall and parking in the hotel. A gym was a big bonus too.

I have stayed in the classic room with comfortable bed.

The service was really great, nothing too much trouble, it was just what we needed.

The classic queen room was equipped with basic facilities, including a small refrigerator, a storage, and a chair.

Some of the staff were quite busy.

The hotel has perfectly clean and huge rooms complete with nice touches, balcony and very comfortable beds. The staff are extremely great, managed the parking onsite.

Everything is high quality here, had an enjoyable stay on Sunday 15 September for a 4 night stay. The hotel's location is marvellous and the stuff are friendly efficient and very efficient. The attached restaurant serves great food.

The rooms were huge and had feather pillows. A coffee maker and fridges were a huge plus. The service was exceptional, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel was close to the main tourist areas of the Old Town, historic central Krakow and the touristy sights thanks to its excellent location. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Old Town district. The attached restaurant served a huge variety of brilliant food.

I really enjoyed staying in this absolutely great and delightful place. The hotel had marvellous location near the main tourist areas of the Old Town as well as the railways. It also was close to bars restaurants. Superior king room I stayed at was huge in a nespresso coffee machine for the bedrooms. The breakfast selection was very very good with piano music. Overall the service was exceptional.

By and large, it was easy base for sightseeing in Krakow, had much fun and met very efficient staff with excellent customer service. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, and we could reach Kazimierz Jewish District by walking. Set in good area, restaurants and bars were next to the hotel.

The accommodation had a central location to the Jewish square. We could drink something at Bar Mleczny Targowy, located 1 km away.

The area was a bit disappointing.

I was there for 4 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. It overlooked garden and had a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and patient at all times.

Nothing too much trouble, really, had an enjoyable stay during my visit. It was clean and the staff where friendly efficient and very responsive, beds were very clean. The location was particularly good and perfect, close to the train station. Also, a restored synagogue was set nearby.

Great location, we were next to the restaurant on the Sunday evening, the main areas and the main square and old town attractions. The provided breakfast was fantastic with bacon, yoghurt and other meals too.

The staff were well managed, the breakfast was delicious and everything was high quality. The location was excellent and unbeatable - so close to Schindler's Museum. I visited an attached restaurant and appreciated the Polish meals they offer.

It was in a brilliant location with Planty Park nearby. All the staff was easy going and greeted us warmly.

it was a very special experience in a relaxing hotel. the staff was attentive and top-class, kept everything spotless and really good. incredible location close to a train station, that was handy. besides, the area was calm, next to a restored synagogue. the restaurant was really nice here, i had delicious dishes.

It's excellent place for visiting some must see attractions in Krakow. The hotel is in the museum district. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Triple room was the best.
