The room was big size and cheap and we truly enjoyed the bathroom, it was first class.

Well-equipped, silent room with very good WiFi, a TV, and video games. A large bed and a clean bathroom.

Amazing friendly staff at the reception desk and restaurant, everything is lovely. The room is good-sized and well-kept for all so 4 beds. Great to have a writing desk and video games.

The hotel was modern and extremely convenient in general, had best staff at the reception desk and restaurant. The restaurant was top-notch for romantic dinner here, I had freshly cooked dishes.

Spent 2 nights here with my family members, had a fabulous short stay overall. The room was very well decorated with youngish children as well as soft drinks gbp 132.

The room was cheap and huge with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The location was very central, amazing to the main plaza. Also, Manchester Arena was situated on the doorstep.

Popular and excellent value venue, decent location just next door to supermarkets, the other interesting parts of the town and Wawel and the river. Very well decorated and contemporary rooms with very comfy bed and great view, nice pool area. Freshly cooked and sensational breakfast for the start of the day with light meals at sensible prices and sensible prices.

The venue is fully equipped, it offers freshly cooked breakfast and has excellent location right by the centre of Krakow next to Wawel castle as well as buses and minibuses.

The staff were attentive, well-mannered. The service was very good with parking on-site.

Great choice for weekend. Fully equipped accommodation with wonderful setting just off Wieliczka, Bochnia and other nearby towns and historical center and Wawel. Functional, silent room with a sofa bed, ergonomical pillows plus a big terrace, and dedicated staff.

Sincerely, it was a very pleasant stay on a business trip. The location was awesome, relatively near a fortified hilltop castle. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

Hotel’s position near to cloth hall and easy connection to old town. Helpful staff and the room was comfortable. Good customer service. We loved the fact that we chose novotel krakow centrum.

We loved location and stuff, feels like home. For dinner we chose Restauracja Vidok, that was 500 feet from the hotel. Chilled-out base for a city break in Krakow.
