Campanile Krakow Old Town

I had a sensational breakfast for the quality, the food was savoury. The staff were knowledgeable, the room was a nice size and immaculate with excellent shower, extra bed and a park view.

Amiable staff, sensational breakfast, amazing location just off the center of the amazing Krakow old town, the market place and the major shopping centre. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

There are good prices in the property. The hotel is neat, has views of the snow filled park. It's good sized and absolutely fantastic with reasonably spacious bathrooms.

I spent 5 nights here and really enjoyed that. The hotel was clean with sensational breakfasts. My double room was spotless and well-equipped with an ironing board and iron. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and extremely friendly, they made the stay amazing.

The breakfast was satisfactory for the quality; the staff was incredibly nice.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

I stayed 3 nights and would definitely return when visiting Poland. The room was very lovely, comfortable bed.

Stayed for 4 days and didn't feel like leaving, I will be back. The bedroom was spotless and immaculate. The location was marvellous - right by the centre of the old town and the Market Square. Again, it was 15 mins drive from Colnbrook West.

All the staff were knowledgeable. It was an amazing and fab location so close to the Main square and many places to eat, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and the shopping centre which has over 200 shops inside.

We had a SUCH GREAT stay in a long time. Pleasant staff and the place was clean. The location was marvellous and good for exploring Krakow. This hotel was located in a pretty nice area. Double room with hot drinks, bathroom clean, a park view was ready when we checked-in.

We had a room overlooking street, the hotel was perfect. The twin room was nice with very comfy beds. The property had a great and fantastic location close to everything. And it was relatively close to Miod Malina, ate there couple of times.

The venue was in a very central location not far from beautiful Krakow, the center of the amazing Krakow old town, and train station and the market square. We went out for dinner, found Rustom Restaurant, it was not too far away from the hotel.

The staff we met were very unfriendly.

We liked this ideal hotel with street views. One of the advantages - adequate and large rooms; they included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

We needed a place for one night, everything was wonderful. The breakfast was satisfactory and had a huge variety of food. The room was adequate, moreover fantastic with extra bed. Its location was very central, 400 metres from Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square. Really enjoyed being close to a train station.

This hotel was located in a very central area close to restaurants and bars, Wavel castle and a good area. Found time to see a 17th-century renaissance palace museum, that's at a moderate distance from the property. I liked having good breakfast for the quality.

The amenities included tea and coffee, a kettle, and an iron and ironing board. The hotel's location was central, to park which goes around the town. Spent our evenings in nearby Bierhalle Restaurant enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

The meals were good. We truly enjoyed reasonably spacious and adequate room with extra bed and really good staff.

The bed in my good sized and fantastic room was nice. Everything was fine, though a few employees were grumpy faced. The location was excellent and perfect, close to the Historical Center as well as restaurants, shops and the town square, in a perfect area. A cool bonus was Wit Stwosz, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The location was very central, incredible right in front of the park. Had brunch in the Movida Cocktail Bar, located nearby.

Gorgeous and pleasant hotel located in a perfect area next to the shopping centre which has over 200 shops inside, the Historical Center and Krakow central station where there is a large shopping mall. Good sized and absolutely fantastic room with a view to street. Costs gbp 190. A pleasant way to end my trip.

Marvellous and easy location a 10-15 minute walk from a fortified hilltop castle. Also - short walk to all the restaurants, a cafe down the road, and the main square with restaurants.

There were a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room, enjoyed that.

Everything was great, easy location just next door to shops and taxis to the airport and a day trip to Auschwitz museum and Krakow, welcoming staff. They gave us wheelchair accessible room with iron and extra bed and that was essential...

Marvellous location for our visit to a Roman Catholic basilica within walking distance of the hotel.

Loved the place, it was comfy and worked for me. I got complimentary king room with comfortable bed as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location of the hotel was marvellous and strategic - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a historic gateway. I came here for 3 nights and had a great stay.

The stay at this recently refurbished hotel was an excellent one. We enjoyed the convenience of the queen room available with extra bed, bathroom, a park view. It had very central location close to Planty Park. And the area was good, not far from the center of Krakau, and the planty.

The location is strategic and incredible, very close to city center. The staff are amiable and the room was spotless and huge with a walk in shower.

It was a pleasant time staying at this newly remodelled hotel. Besides, the location was magnificent and awesome for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a contemporary museum. Set in calm area, restaurants and bars were near the venue.

metrum restobistro is an easy walk to the hotel. free wifi was available there. we greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose campanile krakow. excellent place for a city break in krakow.

The hotel’s so close to st mary's basilica and cloth hall was easy to reach. Location was great, just 10 minutes to Krakow Central train station by walking. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Moaburger that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The venue met needs well.
