The location met the demands, it was perfect by foot from the city center where the Xmas market was.

The stay here was fantastic in this great value for money hotel. The breakfast with omelette and well known food, as example was outstanding and great, had so much to choose from. The location was marvellous and brilliant, on to the old town or Jewish quarter with easy access to supermarkets and a grocery shop.

The location was marvellous, near the Bus station, the main square which has a vast array of beautiful architecture and Old Town and Jewish Quarter. I checked out Museum of Liverpool, that was set just a short walk away from the property. Booked guest room with climate control, a mini-bar, and a safe box.

I had 1 night in Krakow, spending the time here really good. The breakfasts were perfect and incredible with scrambled eggs and well known food, as for instance. Incredible staff and the location was good. There was an amazing restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The airport was 15 km away. Greatly enjoyed my stay, didn't want to leave.

Our room was brilliant and beautiful and the breakfast was satisfactory. The property's location was brilliant, close to the main square.

The location of the hotel was magnificent, in walking distance to city center. And we were short walk to the Old City Square.

There were fashionable, modern looking rooms with a real nice touch, a balcony, clean bathroom. The breakfast served was perfect and amazing, everything you could wish for, with well known food, boiled eggs, veggies.

The location in a very quite area was perfect and lovely. A tram stop close to the hotel was really handy. The food was savoury and there were lots of dishes in the menu.

Generally, the place was stylish and had exceptional staff who went out of their way to accommodate our every request. We have stayed in king room for 1 night, it was complete with a balcony and a real nice touch.

Welcome base for discovering Krakow with very attentive staff from the cleaners to the receptionists. Savoury and perfect breakfast with plenty of food. Nice and perfect setting in the secure area, close enough to the centre as well as the market in the town.

It was clean, and the people were absolutely amazing and wonderful. The hotel room was absolutely gorgeous with a balloons. The location turned out to be great and brilliant, short walk to tram stops. Besides, Cracovia Stadium was 2 km away from the venue.

All in all, it's quirky place that has top-class staff from the cleaners to the receptionists. The location is brilliant, 1 km from Montelupich Prison. It's based in quiet area, on to the old town or Jewish quarter. This is a hotel go-to for Krakow!
