Brilliant, awesome location in the great area.

The beds were good and the superior king room itself was large and fully functional.

We booked spotless and trendy deluxe twin room with a really comfortable bed and could use wake-up service, available in it.

Satisfactory breakfast with lots of choices. Cheerful staff, cool classic double room. Brilliant food, super location close to pretty much everything.

Stayed for 1 night in this lovely modern place, liked that. The staff was attentive and very hospitable and great to deal with. The location in an amazing area was absolutely perfect. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.

The bedroom was neat and unique. The breakfasts where marvellous and great with fresh squeezed juices and fresh orange juice, as example. The location was good and excellent and the staff were consistently courteous.

The breakfast was satisfactory, the staff was fabulous, the grounds were clean. The location was brilliant, a minute walk from a historical Romanesque church. I really enjoyed a good restaurant with an European menu. It was a friendly and straightforward hotel, no complaints whatsoever, strongly recommend.

A quirky hotel in a fantastic setting with a wide range of little extras. A wide range of excellent food for meals.

Our deluxe room came with with including a free safe, picture of the islam religion, for example.

This hotel is homely and exceptionally clean with incredible location very close to the city center and flexible staff.

Overall it was well-designed, with a private bathroom.

The room was fully functional and reasonably large with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. All of the staff were affable, immensely pleasant.

The breakfast was good hot and located within 300 metres from Pimlico tube station was a plus.

Everything was really good, breakfast was nice hot. The staff was knowledgeable and flexible all the time. The food was good and the bar was relaxing. The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice in an amazing area, next to sightseeing areas as Old Town and the Jewish Neighborhood as well as the main market square and the Jewish quarter. Old Town district was definitely worth visiting.

Our classic king room was cool with a delicious breakfast, all facilities plus a really comfortable bed as advertised. The location couldn't be more super close to everything you want to see while here.

The property was great modern and we had a fine stay. The setting was handy, just off the historical centre and Kazimiers, restaurants and trips and old town. And it was relatively near a fortified hilltop castle.

It is a good modern and homely property located in Old Town district really close to the main attractions, rich main sightseeing places and the Main Market Square of the Old City.

Every time we stay in Krakow, like to stay here. This place is quirky and the staff are immensely pleasant. It has stunning, magnificent setting, just off the center of the old city.

Loved the deluxe twin room and the way it was setup. Extras like central heating, an iron/ironing board and a work desk where appreciated.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

Sincerely, it was a comfortable stay on holidays. The location was handy and fab, at a walking distance from The Cloth Hall. The hotel was in a pretty nice area, not far from both the castle and the town square, the main square and the Jewish quarter and old town.

Had excellent 6 nights here. Loved how the superior queen room was arranged when we arrived. All the dishes were brilliant, nevertheless you can visit nearby Klimaty Poludnia.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Quirky hotel in the contemporary style. Multi-channel TV, ironing facilities and a writing table in the room, handy location. The property of choice in Krakow.

Not so helpful staff!

Hotel was reasonably priced. I recommend you to eat at Radocha, that is set 900 feet away. I loved home. Good home base for vacation in Krakow:)))
