Hip new hotel set in the secure area. Well decorated room with a mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and a personal safe for a brilliant stay for the four nights of my stay. Very clean bed; very comfortable bathroom. Historic and best possible location a 10-15 minute walk from Northern Quarter bars. 0.5 km to the airport.

Truly enjoyed the way our twin/double room with excellent facilities was arranged.

Great and perfect location in a peaceful area, just next door to the main city square, the train station and wawel castle among other attractions, big shopping center and close to the parks. Plus, walking distance to a 1st ever fully licensed distillery.

I really enjoyed the room with essentials, the bed was soft. The location in a pretty nice area was marvellous and there were supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The staff was fantastic, wonderful, and responded promptly to requests.

Loved how nicely presented the property was and its delightfully helpful staff at the reception desk. The hotel was near the Old Town, and Main Market Square and Wawel Royal Castle thanks to its best possible location. Also, getting to Main Square was easy and took only 15 minutes on foot.

Its location was very central, 500 metres from Grunwald Monument. Had good sleep at the twin/double room with essentials. The staff were fantastic and amazing and kept the place clean.

The hotel met every demand, it was a fantastic stay for the four nights of my stay. The staff were perfect and the restaurant was great! Lots of brilliant food, I really enjoyed it. The location of the venue was marvellous - not too far from Palace of Art. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

The location is marvellous and stunning, 10 minutes' walk to Main Square.

It has exceptional and kind staff and modern facilities. They serve lots of meals, the food I tried was appetising.

It was a perfectly pleasant stay for the four nights of my stay. I got complimentary twin/double room as an upgrade, nice gesture. It was warm and had comfy beds. Nearby a tram station, the location was incredible and handy, close enough to the center.

The location was excellent and historic, within walking distance of Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square. Besides, it was so close to old town and bus station.
