Large, newly remodelled units provided with nice bathroom, a big bed which was super comfortable, for example. Breakfast on salads. Extremely friendly and very attentive staff members, in an arrogant manner.

Beds were not very comfortable.

This location was marvellous and stunning, near to the central square and the St Mary cathdral, a foot high raised platform and bars and restaurants. Ate at Rustom Restaurant, it's just a short stroll away from the venue. The room we had included an electric kettle, a personal safe, and an air conditioning.

The room is huge, new-fashioned and has street views.

Hotel's breakfast is savoury with salads. I have stayed in the double room with excellent shower. Perfectly clean place, will be back.

The location was particularly good and magnificent, at a medium distance from a medieval Gothic gate tower. On top of that, bars and restaurants were near the property.

The hotel was great looking and in a central location adjacent to airport shuttle service as well as main train station. It was fashionable, good-sized and with a balcony.

The rooms were perfect and huge, had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The best part was the nice view of the street.

By and large, it was easy base for sightseeing in Krakow, had much fun and met polite and courteous staff in an arrogant manner. I was offered a great breakfast on salads. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Main Square. There was an amazing restaurant, small supermarkets and supermarkets next door.

The hotel was stylish and clean, with courteous staff in an arrogant manner. Its location was indeed great and fantastic and only 5 minutes walk from Main Square. Close to a tram station, just like we wanted.

The bed was a bit hard, unfortunately.

Rooms with a modern decor. Plenty of facilities like: a laptop-size safe, central heating and an electronic key card. Location close to Old Town, main square, trams and restaurants and centre.
