Very big bed, recently refurbished room with a delightful view on old town. The bathroom was brand new and the staff was very attentive and attentive. Stunning, perfect location close to the main market square. Based near to the centre of the Old Town, and the airport. Perfectly pleasant experience, brilliant place for one night.

Comfortable and handy location as it's and close enough to shops, restaurants and bars. The breakfast is rich, with cheeses, various hot dishes plus meats.

It was right by old town attractions as well as train station, marina, and the center of old town, magnificent and wonderful location overall.

The location was excellent and perfect yet it was a short way from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. Our rooms were newly renovated and large with 3 single beds, a vertical blind, for example.

The location was absolutely perfect there, in cheap antique shop. And we were close to main old town square, and centre and station.

A little tired room.

Everything was superb, including wonderfully helpful and competent staff at the reception desk. Got double room with double bed when arrived, enjoyed that. My room included an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware.

I found the hotel's location marvellous, so close to really downtown, and the railway station. The room I booked was modern and soundproof with aircon, very comfy bed, mini bar as expected.

Absolutely perfect, particularly good location so close to old town attractions as well as train station, the underground and the markets. A recently refurbished and large and reasonably priced room with 3 single beds as well as the bedroom.

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

They offer brand-new, tastefully decorated rooms with tea kettle, confortable beds plus bathtube. Its location is fabulous central and best possible right by the Market Square and excellent value including buffet breakfast.

Savoury and delicious breakfast to start the day with sweet options. Location - excellent and perfect, not far from old town attractions as well as train station. Again, walking distance to a 17th-century renaissance palace museum.

The room was well-appointed with good air con and they provided wake-up service when I asked. The venue was set in the super central position just off Very close to the main square, and all other attractions.

Perfect setting, next to the lake, restaurants, and marina, the main train station and shopping mall, and Near to supermarket. Easy walk to a 17th-century renaissance palace museum.

The rooms were immaculately clean and huge equipped with a vertical blind, a lovely ambience, for example. The location was unbeatable, just off the plaza, St Mary's Basilica and the markets, the remarkable old town square, and the Old City center.

It had a marvellous location not far from the World famous market square, the mall and train station, and the market.

Loved the way our recently refurbished and well-appointed triple room with very comfy bed was arranged. The location was perfect, close to a Roman Catholic basilica. Appreciated it. Our stay here was really comfortable, good choice for exploring Krakow. The location of the hotel was fab, in the city center. There was Moaburger nearby, offering quick meals. The provided service was excellent.

The location was great and brilliant, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a historic gateway. The restaurant was good for breakfast here, I had warm dishes. No complains at all, I truly enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again.

The room was neat and bright, it had shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The breakfast was savoury and varied expecially for sweet options; the location was unbeatable. And furthermore, there was Main Square only 500 metres of the venue.

The location was marvellous, next to Pharmacy Museum. Distance to the airport was just 30 km. The room was soundproof, which also was elegant.

I had a comfortable stay and would stay here again! Everything was great, personnel was efficient and pleasant. The location was BEST POSSIBLE, within walking distance of Church of st Giles. I ate at the traditional restaurant near the hotel.

The location was marvellous and incredible, for example, Main Market Square was not very far from the hotel. We dined at a beautiful nearby restaurant with Italian dishes.

We could see old town from our window. Near to the airport, 9 miles.
