The room was stylish and pleasantly furnished, offered central heating, iron/ironing board, and coffee and tea making facilities. The staff were exceptionally nice, offered a dinner upon our arrival. The hotel was in a particularly good and ideal location, very close to the Old Town. Further, it was close enough to the town center, and the centrum by tram.

The place was fairly clean and ideal, had fantastically friendly and superfriendly staff in their customer service. The restaurant was small with large choice, I tried outstanding dishes.

The property was stylish and fantastic with exceptionally nice staff specially the managers.

Good value place all in all, has knowledgeable staff in their customer service. There is a huge variety of excellent food for breakfast. The venue has perfect setting in Debniki district so close to the Universities, Castles, River walks, Japanese gardens and so much more.

The hotel was in a brilliant location adjacent to different touristic places, taxis ect, and Auschwitz for what we wanted it for. The food was incredible and there were a good choice of dishes in the menu.
